1. 5/5Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!

   I was setting this up to use and was excited to see the options of filtering access to managers. But there is a loophole. I understand the functionality of allowing messaging of your entire team. But the option to limit or block messaging in the Everyone Group chat to me is a loop hole in allowing Co-Workers to message another Co-Worker even if it will be seen by everyone. Please look into an update to limit or block messaging within this chat. Would be an absolute slam-dunk if that functionality existed. UPDATE: Support reached out and immediately updated my need to limit the Everyone Group chat. And to mention did this on Thanksgiving Holiday! Superb Customer Service! This app is game-changing to gain functionality with large or small teams. Shift coverage, communication, scheduling, it has it all! Coupled with the almost instant response from customer service teams it’s absolutely amazing APP for any business.

2. 5/5Transitioning from Crew App.

   We’ve use the crew app since 2014 to keep all of our employees and shops connected, but in the last year they started to take a serious quality nose dive. So we have swapped to your newer Breakroom App. So far so good, we understand it’s fairly new and still being worked on. We just hope that you don’t fall short where Crew did, I.e. actually listening to what your users need and want and making timely adjustments. I know the first thing off the top of my head I would love to see is a “blackout” UI and maybe customizable background picture. The one with all the different designs is a little chaotic when trying to scroll through and read messages from 30+ employees. There are other things that could be streamlined or tweaked but overall a good start. Already leaps and bounds better than Crew.

3. 5/5Excellent App!

   Found this app as an alternative to Crew. It’s almost identical. The only thing it needs is to have an actual calendar view option rather than having to scroll over all the days to find a specific day that you’re looking for. That’s the most important issue for me personally. I also wish it had the kudos leaderboard that Crew had. Sometimes there is a delay when there’s a new notification, you have to keep pulling down to refresh until it will appear. Other than that it’s an awesome app. I love having this for our team communication!

   I’ve reached out to customer service a few times over the past year with questions or looking for a feature, they are always quick to respond and if they don’t have it they put in an effort to try to find a work around. I’m happy to report that I feature I requested awhile back they were able to create and even messaged me letting me know it was available. That is amazing and shows me they care about making their customers happy! Thank you!

5. 5/5Finally found the right solution for my business

   After trying many different communications tools to help coordinate the shift workers at my restaurant, I finally found the perfect fit. Breakroom was incredibly easy to set up and use for my team. Unlike other products, I like how you can create dedicated chats and lets people see which messages are read. Breakroom exceeded my expectations with its easy to use interface, making it easy for my employees who use it even though they aren't as tech savy.
