  LOOK AROUND FIRST You no longer need an account to see the water. Open the app and the live sea surface temperature map is right there — the same NOAA satellite data, no sign-up, no card. Create a free account when you want the rest: chlorophyll, fronts, hotspot pins, and catch logging. THE FOUNDING 100 The first 100 captains keep their price for life. Your number is shown in the app. SAVED ROUTES Measure a run across as many waypoints as you need, name it, and pull it back up next trip. Per-leg and total distance, and it exports to your chartplotter. SIGNING IN, FIXED Confirmation emails now arrive properly, the link opens the app in one tap instead of two, and a mistyped password is caught before it can lock you out. If something does go wrong, the app now tells you what actually happened instead of blaming your password. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Replay the app tour any time from Settings → Help - Clearer plan and trial status in Settings - Fixes to ocean current data on days when the satellite feed is incomplete - Tapping a trial reminder now takes you straight to your plan options.   ONE MONTH FREE Both plans now start with a free month. Captain or Tournament — nothing charged until it ends, cancel any time in your App Store settings. WHAT EACH PLAN IS Captain reads the water: every observed ocean layer — weed lines, warm-core and cold-core eddies, current flow, 30 m subsurface, depth contours — plus your region's daily briefing and tomorrow's habitat map. Tournament gets the model's picks, and where they're going. The fishing recommendation pins and Projected Drift now sit here, alongside the +2 and +3 day outlook, ten spot briefings a day, and the species playbook. PURCHASES THAT DO NOT GET LOST If the App Store hiccups mid-purchase, the app now notices, recovers the purchase on its own, and offers Restore if it cannot. Backing out of a purchase no longer shows an error — in any language. Upgrading from Captain to Tournament now applies reliably, whichever order the store reports it in.
