1. 5/5Brainy is a lifesaver!!!!!

   Brainly is a lifesaver. It is SOOOO helpful and my grades definitely wouldn’t be where they are now if it weren’t for Brainly. I struggle a bit in certain subjects and so if I need help I just go to Brainly and ask a question or search for a question others have asked and read explanations. You see, Brainly doesn’t just give you the answer, they give you a thorough step-by-step explanation that really helps you understand how to get to the correct answer. Helps me every time. I have paid $0 and I can still get so much homework assistance. I also really love Brainly AI because all you do is ask/scan the question and the AI gives you a PERFECT step-by-step explanation. I’ve tried other online [math] calculators that also give step-by-step explanations, but sometimes I don’t understand and just ask Brainly AI and I understand it much better. The best part is that you can use their AI for free :) I also really enjoy answering other people’s questions and I like how Brainly incorporates points and badges into the app because it keeps you motivated to ask questions and help other people as well.    I have been using the tutors to help me with some challenging questions for my math homework. Many have been very helpful but you’re only able to ask 20 questions a month. I have used 12/20 mostly because the tutors take me in then say they can’t solve the question and end the session. Because of this it has been using up the questions I can ask for this month. And when you loose connection it gets rid of all the tutors work and you have to ask a new tutor. Its really upsetting when you have waited to find out how to solve the question your struggling on for 10 or minutes to see oh you lost connection go find a new tutor. It happened to me once and all the other tutors gave me the wrong answer or said they didn’t know how to do it. One tutor was convinced what they got was the right answer but my teacher gives us the correct answers so we can check our work. I would have made a comment on it but then it said I lost connection. Which is really weird because I have really good wifi and it doesn’t say or do this on other apps. If this happens I wish there was a reconnect option. Just know when you sign up for brainly plus there is a chance the tutors won’t give you the correct answer. They are real people and won’t know how to do everything and can make minor mistakes within the problems. Just make sure you go through and check everything and that it makes sense to you before you end the session.

   So yes I do love the app it helps me a lot but sometimes the questions aren’t there so I have to make my own questions but when people answer my questions it’s too late because I already had to pick an answer and I probably got it wrong because i couldn’t find anyone that already asked it and fun fact actually really really sad fact 😏 sometimes people just guess so they could get points for “answering” a question and people think it’s the real answer but it ends up not being like wow if u don’t know the answer just don’t say anything.. oh and i don’t like the new update they did because when I split my screen and I get the answer I sometimes accidentally get in the comments that replied to the answer and I can’t even get out of that page not even when I put it in full screen so I have to refresh it every time it does that and also the thing in top of the heart and star under the answer it has like a thing that says “click to let others know, how helpful is it” like why does it need that if we already know that and it distracts me thinking that’s the answer so yeah I don’t like the new update AT ALL and I think it would be better if sometimes the question isn’t already there maybe the app could answer it because if it isn’t there already then how would I get the answer I use the app to get the answer not to have to do it myself so I would love if they could get the app to answer the question correctly if someone hasn’t asked the question already, but overall I love the app it’s helped me get good grades so thank u for the people that answer those questions 😚

4. 4/5Ads loading forever and not showing up at all...

   The app it’s self is really good and very helpful and I appreciate it very much but, Recently for the past 3 days whenever I’ve went into the app and had to watch an ad as usual, it would load for very a long time and never show up in the end no matter how long I waited. I even tried many things to see what the problem was. My connection was fine and I’ve tried to refresh, turn off or shut off my phone, logging in out logging back in, deleting the app and re-installing, and offloading the app. But with all the efforts I put in to make it work it never did. So I decided to go on the website instead and it worked perfectly fine the ads did show up and let me play them. So the problem seemed to be the app it’s self, but the only thing that is inconvenient about going to the website instead of the app, is it only gives me a limited amount of ads I can watch to get answers in a day. I’m not sure if I’m The only one with this problem but I believe since a couple days have passed this seem to be a really worrisome for me and difficult since I really like the app in general. So therefore, I would like to see and know if there’s anything I’m doing wrong or something that I need to do to make it work. Please and thank you for your value time.

   I tried getting ahold of someone the day my free-trial ended (2/11) because my bank account got charged. I got told I couldn’t get a refund one the trial ended but it was still the last day of the trial when I got charged. Got told pretty much that they couldn’t do anything about it despite making a customer service claim the day of my free-trial ending. I started my trial on the 4th and it ended on the 11th see the problem? The 11th was still part of my free trial but I got told “As noted on the payment page, we don’t offer refunds once the subscription has started. In addition, we send an email 24 hours before the trial ends to inform our users that the payment will be processed automatically if the free trial is not canceled, and to remind them that we do not provide refunds.” Despite the fact I said I didn’t want the service for an entire year, just month to month, the lady I was connected with, through email mind you, had told me that. Yet is now unresponsive to any further emails once I pointed and asked how many emails she gets within a day and if she’s able to check every single one of them, in work and in personal. This is poor customer service and they do not value anything a customer has to say. For an education app they sure are ignorant on their customer service and providing proper reminders. Not just one the day before.
