5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every AI model, all my work, one app.
I manage a large team(60 people) and Brain Max is the first AI tool that actually fits into how I work instead of making me context-switch. Having Claude, GPT, and other models all in one place is great, but the real game-changer is that it's connected to everything: my calendar, my tasks, my docs, Google Drive, Slack, even Salesforce. I can ask it about my day, pull up escalation details, or draft a message to my team without leaving the app. It's not just "AI on your phone," it's AI that actually knows your work. No copy-pasting context, no jumping between apps. If you live in ClickUp, this is a no-brainer (pun intended).

I’ve used the standalone AI tools. They’re smart, but they start every conversation from zero. I paste context, re-explain my projects, then hope the answer lands. Brain Max is a different experience. It sits on top of everything I already do in ClickUp. My tasks, docs, comments, and projects are right there. So when I ask a question, the answer is grounded in my actual work, not a generic guess. It pulls the right doc. It references the right project. It remembers what I’m building. It feels less like a chatbot and more like a teammate who has read everything and remembers it all.

5/5Starting to use this all the time….
I’m an EM, and I've tried every project management app out there and always ended up juggling three tools anyway. ClickUp is the first one where I stopped needing a separate docs tool, a separate chat app and a separate wiki. Everything is here. Custom fields, multiple views, real-time sync... it's genuinely powerful without feeling bloated. Only gripe is I wish loading was slightly snappier on large lists, but honestly it's minor. If you're tired of paying for 5 subscriptions to do what one app can do, just switch already.

5/5The Best AI App For My Workspace
BrainMAX is great for when I want access to my workspace without having to pull out my computer and log in. I can use talk to text - which saves me 4x the amount of time not having to type. I have all of my apps connected to BrainMax, giving me one single source of truth. I am also able to switch between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and ClickUp Brain in the middle of tasks! There are many other features but those are just a few of what I love. I could never go back to the way I used to manually do things!

5/5This was the missing piece
This is your entire company at your fingertips with all AI tools built in. Everything from on-demand reports, client and project info on the fly or creating tasks and time entries. It also allows you to do anything you want to do with the top AI models- all with the ability to tie it to specific data in your ClickUp workspace.
