"body": "The BRAC EPL app is honestly one of the most disappointing investment apps I’ve used. It rarely receives meaningful updates and many essential features are missing. Basic information like detailed account statements, portfolio reports, and transaction history should be easily accessible within the app, but instead, users often have to contact their Relationship Manager for simple requests. In 2026, this level of dependency is unacceptable. For a leading brokerage, I expected a modern, self-service platform with transparent reporting and regular feature improvements. Unfortunately, the app falls far short of those expectations. I hope the team takes user feedback seriously and invests in building a much better experience.",
