5/5Better Doctor Visits
My daughter has been struggling to control my blood pressure and diabetes because I wasn’t providing him daily readings and just using the memory of my blood pressure machine. This app is motivate me to start checking my blood sugar more my blood pressure because it’s so easy to use. My doctor loves it because now instead of giving him 3 to 5 pages of readings with. He has all the calculations he needs with the average high and lows of my blood pressure and blood sugar. Also love the education section because I’ve learned so much about preventing stroke,, hypertension, and Diabetes control. I love the fact that it has an nutrition section. I’m looking forward to the education updates in the future. It’s also good that I can print off the medication List with all the different categories. I also love the fact that the app will give me the generic and so I only have to remember one, but when the doctor starts saying the other name, I will look at my list and know what it is. He doesn’t like me saying blue pill. Lol!!

5/5More Like a Personal Health Log Than Just a Tracker
What I like about this app is that it doesn’t feel limited to one specific purpose. A lot of apps focus on just blood pressure or just glucose, but this one feels more like a central place to keep everything organized. The biggest value for me is how it turns scattered health info into something structured. Instead of jumping between different apps or notes, everything sits in one timeline that’s actually easy to review later. That makes a difference when you’re trying to spot patterns or explain things during appointments. The reporting feature is also well thought out. Being able to generate something clean and shareable without extra steps makes it feel a lot more practical than most health apps I’ve used. Overall, this feels less like a “logging app” and more like a tool that helps you stay aware of what’s going on with your health over time, which is really the point.

5/5Love This App!!!
For years, I’ve had problems maintaining a controlling my blood pressure with different doctors and none of them have told me to monitor my blood pressure at home. I recently been done with pre-diabetes and this is exactly what I need especially at diminish my medication’s always for the name and dose of my medication’s. I am able to print the medication list and remember our medication’s that I failed or had side effects with. It’s especially helpful. I can send all this information to my doctor right from the app.

5/5What A Great App!!!
I wanted the app to monitor my blood pressure and keep track of medication which I could not find in the App Store. The education part really helps as well because I learned some more things about blood pressure that I didn’t know before I also love the fact that I could download my data by PDF and email it to anyone especially in my doctor. It’s the only app I found that allows me to check blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, and trach medication’s all in one App. I love it.!

NEW: Apple Health Integration Connect your blood pressure cuff, smart scale, or continuous glucose monitor to Apple Health, and BP Med Tracker pulls your readings in automatically. Works with Omron, Withings, A&D, QardioArm, iHealth, Renpho, Eufy, Fitbit Aria, Freestyle Libre, Dexcom, and more. NEW: Smart Glucose Handling for CGM Users Continuous monitors take a reading every few minutes — too many to log usefully. The app intelligently captures only what matters: Standard alert is morning fasting reading and any out-of-range glucose levels (below 70 or above 180). Tap the "Get Current Glucose" button on the Dashboard or New Entry screen anytime you want to log a specific moment. Ability to set up Custom alerts for CGM or keep standard alert and the ability to cut both off. NEW: Import Past Readings (30 or 90 Days) Just installed the app or connected a new device? Tap "Resync 30 Days" or "Resync 90 Days" in Settings to pull in your existing history from Apple Health. NEW: Two Profiles on One Phone Track blood pressure for two people on the same iPhone — perfect for couples, parents tracking for a family member, or caregivers. Each profile keeps its own readings, medications, and history. NEW: Edit Any Reading Tap any reading in History to fix the time, BP values, heart rate, notes, or position. NEW: Fix Medication Logs and Paywall Tap a medication's Taken/Missed badge to edit the time you took it or undo a mistaken log. Medication screen was not behind the paywall as advertised and now it is. NEW: Built-in Help A new "How to Use This App" section in Settings explains every feature in plain language. PLUS: Pull down on History to refresh, deletions in Apple Health automatically remove from the app, and many small reliability and design improvements throughout.
