   I’ve been betting with Boyd for the last 7 years and this app pretty nice but they have removed and added random things that didn’t make much sense? The app doesn’t seem as user friendly anymore I think they can put more work into the app and make it great again buy adding back the bets we had 1-2 years ago, giving us more things to bet on within the games and changing the layout a little bit until then I’ll be on STN giving away my money. One last thing y’all should have special specific bets on VGK games bets we can only make for VGK players and the team during games live and before puck drop

2. 2/5Inefficiency in app needs update

   This is an okay app. The problem is 1. I can’t parlay more then 8 legs. That’s absolutely ridiculous. (Caesars/William Hill) offer that. Boyd is behind the buck. 2. SAME GAME PARLAY(SGP) why can’t I bet on the same game? Why do I have to put in 3 separate single tickets for multiple plays (Caesars/William Hill) offer that. Boyd is again behind the buck. 3. Not offering certain props or players (if they are on the court and have an average why can’t I place a leg on them? Ex Jaime Jaquez of the Miami Heat has no props all season until maybe November 23rd. What happened to NBA points/ assists and points /rebound/assist props? Alternate lines? (Caesar/William Hill) offer those. 4. Win/Loss/ tracking. It’s so hard to track which plays win or are on pace on a ticket because there is no marker. It’s infuriating to be at work or wherever trying to go back and forth between yahoo B/r and other apps to check progress then comeback and see the plays per ticket or bet. 5. I tried to parlay a limited 8 leg anytime touchdown ticket and it’s not allowed. Literally the only app vetoing parlays and how I’m able to parlay my money. I actually have more but they don’t glare until and stand out until I’m placing my bets. But what’s been listed is a great start.

3. 5/5Can’t fund account

   It’s been almost a week and the customer service people I’ve spoke with was pretty harsh about it said directly from his boss there’s no eta on when it’ll be up again … the app is cool when it’s working but I had to go to the casino last Sunday morning when I didn’t want to. Also late night betting it sends bets to traders and lots of bets have been rejected when I could’ve been winning. I’ll change my review to a better star rating when things start working again perhaps. I changed review as it’s updated now

4. 2/5Can’t keep up with other gaming apps

   This app doesn’t give the options other betting apps give, you’re limited with parlays, teasers, same game parlays, etc. You don’t get the same great rewards other apps give. There’s really nothing to motivate you to bet with it other than being handy when my other app is down! Or, being better odds on that particular bet! Caesar’s has a new design to bring it online with apps like FanDual’s and DraftKing and other great gaming apps! I used to be jealous of family back home that had betting options I didn’t, but now Caesar’s has made their app similar to these others and I can now put in bets like my family’s that I previously couldn’t! Cash-out options, etc. Updates on the tickets, moving lost tickets over to the Settled category (I bet a LOT of futures, yet teams that are out of that championship stay in my Active bet listing until that Championship game or Season has ended! There’s absolutely no need for that! It just makes it that much harder to see my active possible winning tickets!!! Boyd, unfortunately, hasn’t updated their app in the 4-5 years I’ve been using it! Can I place a bet on a game, yes, can I bet a simple parlay across several teams, yes, but nothing too technical! I tried placing a simple parlay of the team with points and a player anytime TD - couldn’t combine for a parlay! Went to my Caesar’s app, not only could I do that parlay there, but I could add another team with points and another player with anytime TD for a 4 leg parlay without issue! Boyd is seriously outdated!!! I rarely use this app now! Boyd’s IT team needs to upgrade immediately or Boyd will continue to lose millions of $$$ to other apps!

   For such a large casino gaming company you would think that Boyd would have a higher quality app for its race and sports betting. Unfortunately, that’s not the case as the app constantly times you out after seconds of inactivity and you have to log in over and over again, very frustrating…the other major issue is that the app consistently says “not in the state of Nevada” and will not allow you to place a wager. This has cost several winning bets which is also very frustrating, especially since WE ARE in Nevada and the location services are turned on in our phones…only went to Boyd because the race app at South Coast was supposedly going to be in a transition phase and not available for an undetermined period of time. If the problems continue with this app I will be withdrawing funds and looking elsewhere as it’s hard to gamble under these circumstances to say the least…
