1. 4/5Its pretty good but I have had one issue about it spoiling the game

   This app is useful most of the time but sometimes I wanna look at the app while the Celtics are playing but then it just shows the score and the problem with that is the app is always like 2 minutes ahead of my tv so it kinda spoils the game, other then that though the app is great I use it all the time for checking the schedule of when there gonna play

   The Boston Celtics app is a fantastic tool for season-ticket members. It offers a seamless and engaging experience, making it easy to stay connected with the team and enjoy exclusive benefits. The app provides real time updates on game schedule, scores and player stats, ensuring that super fans never miss a moment of the action. It also provides personalized content and notifications, but what I love most is the MyRewards component. With MyRewards STMs are always connected to our favorite team playing along on trivia contests during away games or just getting credit for attending or watching the Celtics media content we crave. The opportunity to take advantage of exclusive offers, swag and being behind the scenes is a game changer.

3. 3/5Functional, but not great

   Hello Devs! I don’t want to sell short all your hard work. However, app is just okay. I understand individual teams don’t usually shell out the biggest budget for producing top quality apps, but let me give some low hanging fruit and a moonshot feature request. • give us modern widgets. I’d love to be able to track the score from my Home Screen. This has been a feature of iOS for years and you’ve never upgraded it. • give us “follow live”. I’d love to be able to see the score of the game from my Lock Screen. • fix the radio UI. There is really no indication that the button press is working. Nothing on the screen changes and it’s a hope and pray you here the game type situation. Make that experience better. • dream feature. Let us watch the games in the app. I know this will never happen, but sports streaming is broken right now (for customers) You never know where you need to go to watch a game. Customers just want a single subscription and a single place to watch a game. Make that easier and more people will watch. Find a way to share revenue with your broadcasting partners. I don’t care.

4. 5/5It’s amazing!

   First of all, def not a scam, and secondly it is extremely helpful! It shows u the schedule for it, do not have to pay for anything! It shows u a link for tickets if u wanna go to there next game, and shows u how there game went, like who scored where. For an example: Jason Tatum does a dunk, if u scroll all the way at the bottom of the info abt the game, u will see that there are red and black dots on a map of the court and the black ones i think are the Celtics and that’s where they scored from so yes if u love basketball and extra love the Boston Celtics then this app is for u!

5. 2/5Somewhat useful but needs improvement

   This app is just not good. When I first open it the home page is blank. Nothing shows up unless I tap the schedule icon. Then I can hit the home icon and see the home page content. Also - I’ll have an icon badge showing multiple notifications but there is no way that I can find in the app what those notifications were about. They also don’t show up in my notifications list so unless I happen to see them pop up live, I don’t see them ever. I assume that is not how it’s supposed to work. The app is most useful for checking scores and following game action - that seems to work okay for me usually.
