  1. 5/5Super helpful, love the look

I really appreciate how quickly and easily I can look up a book and get a good feel for what it’s about and whether it’s going to have themes that I want to avoid. Right now I mostly use it to check books that my kids are going to be reading and as a homeschool mom this app has been such a help. I especially have loved the barcode scanner while digging through huge piles of books at the thrift store! And a real bonus for me is the aesthetic - the look of dark AND light modes make this app a pleasure to use all around.

  3. 4/5Great! Except…

This is a great app and has all the features I want for logging and finding books. Glad I don’t have to rely on software run by a certain river/rainforest-named corporation. The only issue is that I only get recommendations once per day, and I can’t re-load to get new ones. ALSO the app crashes when I try to set a content rating (g, pg, pg13, r, etc) in my reading profile
