1. 2/5Cumbersome app

   I ordered their potato rounds in a family meal, but they weren’t available. I wasn’t able to modify the family meal to replace them with a different side. Instead, I had to delete it and start my order completely over. So the second go around, I ordered double fries, since you get two sides with the meal. But when I went to check out, it kept telling me that I at had to add another side. when I went to add another side, it told me I had already reached the max number of sides, because I had selected two of the french fries. I was unable to order double fries. Instead, I had to choose another side that I didn’t really want. The app makes you order two distinct side items, so it doesn’t work that way if you order in the store. Also, when I created the account, sign up through Apple so I wouldn’t have to type in all my data but the app kept telling me that my phone number was invalid. I ended up having to type in all my data, including my phone number, which is accepted that way. All in all, an annoying experience.

   It’s was late by the time we’d gotten home the entire pree de r had been poorly prepared instead of fresh food we’d had realised once home that much of it wasn’t fresh or feel the right thing to do after spending a significant amount on a tailgate had put a call into another store where the manager had replaced our meal and was able to pick up the best customer service and had dealt with us with the highest regard and goes a long way in the food industry as it’s a choice to act accordingly and Nancy gave us quality and professionalism and had to shed light on a wrong being righted and her attitude was above what we expected much love and loyalty to her!!! Thank you

   Great place for breakfast. Number of choices. Continually changing up the menu keeping intrigue. Great location usually a very good staff. I think anywhere you’ll find that one bad apple but overall they’re managed well at this location and they’re pretty consistent. I’ve been served some older cooked food from here but that’s typically at any restaurant but they’ll replace it or make it fresh upon request. Restaurant is generally pretty clean. They can be slow if you go inside just depends who’s working but you’ll get great food with a little patience. If you’re in a hurry go drive thru, they’re pretty quick. Bo berry biscuits very popular so you may have to wait on those especially if you order a box of them upon request.

4. 1/5This app is TERRIBLE

   The basic layout of the app seems OK although there are too many items to scroll through for selection on the menu. It works, but it just seems clunky. The real issue is with attempting to use promo codes for offers that are there in the app. It’s obvious that the QA or quality assurance done for this app in this area was nonexistent or terrible at best.. So I’ve encountered several very frustrating issues. One the App will allow you to select a store that does not honor a given offer. There’s no warning no message no nothing. That is until you go to place the order and then you get a misleading message to the effect that The offer requirements have not been met.. This is of course completely confusing. The only way I figured out what was happening Was to try a different store that happened to support the offer. Another problem I ran into was that when adding a credit card in the order process it does not allow you to simply add the credit card and continue with any changes you may have on the order. After entering the credit card information and thinking you were simply saving it when you click submit it actually submits the entire order from the credit card screen. This caused me to submit an order that was not ready. And led to my having to request a refund because the individual store couldn’t fix the issue or issue a refund. It all had to go back to corporate. The third issue, I ran into a few weeks later was when attempting to use the same credit card that had worked perfectly and was active according to my card issuer and the card would not work in the app or on the website. The only message I get is that the credit card has been declined but with no explanation and nobody at Bojangles can tell me why. The card works everywhere else. It just won’t work for Bojangles in the app or on the web. I don’t know whether it will work at an individual store because I’m extremely frustrated and unlikely to go back to a Bojangles again at this point.. Bottom line the app is terrible.

5. 3/5Not user friendly

   When you open the app, you’re immediately prompted to enter in all your information. You’re not given an option to opt out of messages which is not customary but not a crazy inconvenience. My most major issue is that there is no warning that you’re not able to order food before lunch, so if you go to place an order, the app will let you continue with your order until you go to checkout. So you have to go back, undo everything, and reenter your card. While this isn’t a crazy issue, this makes the app difficult to navigate. Apps like Chick-fil-A display a message that you cannot place an order before lunch BEFORE you go to place your food order. When you design an app it’s supposed to be for convince, however, this was all BUT convenient.
