  • 1.0.5

Moment photos and Catch logging are live! Tap the + button on the briefing page to log a fish — species, length, weight, photo. Each catch gets the current marine conditions stamped on it. View your catches on the new Catch log with List, Map, and Stats tabs. What's new in 1.0.4: • Moments photo sharing feature with draggable Length/Weight stamps • Log catches with photos, length, weight, and disposition • Live state regulations on the capture screen so you know if a fish is in season before you keep it • Auto-fill catch time and location from your photo's EXIF data • Pick your home port from the marine harbor directory • Catch log Map with NOAA charts and OpenSeaMap seamarks • Stats tab — kept vs released, top species, monthly cadence, personal best length • Marine Comms: VHF reference, emergency phraseology, and GPS-aware MAYDAY templates one tap from your briefing • Night-Red mode improvements throughout — photos collapse to red, every text surface respects dark adaptation • Sharper marine charts (2× retina tiles) • Bigger touch targets across every map and form control • Many small UX and accessibility fixes

  • 1.0.6

New: Catch Log — record fish with photo, location, and a snapshot of the conditions you caught them in. North Carolina anglers can submit their required state harvest reports straight from the app — no more jumping out to the deq.nc.gov site. New: Marine Comms — VHF channel reference for hailing, working, and recreational use; Coast Pilot guidance for U.S. Vols 1, 2, and 3; and a one-tap MAYDAY card with live GPS read-out. New: Wind & Wave chart — 48-hour outlook with hourly wind quivers and swell-direction arrows for surf and offshore planning. Plus historic conditions snapshots on Moments and a stack of visual polish and bug fixes.

  • 1.0.7

New: Catch Log — record fish with photo, location, and a snapshot of the conditions you caught them in. North Carolina anglers can submit their required state harvest reports straight from the app. Federal HMS reports (bluefin, swordfish, marlin/sailfish) open the NOAA portal with field-specific guidance for sign-in and manual fill. New: VHF Directory + Emergency tools — VHF channels, U.S. Coast Pilot guidance for Vols 1–3, a MAYDAY card with live GPS, and a new Assistance page with tap-to-call for BoatUS and Sea Tow. New: Wind & Wave 48-hour chart with hourly wind quivers and swell-direction arrows. Live NDBC buoy data on the Forecasts card. Plus historic conditions snapshots on Boating Moments and dozens of polish, accessibility, and stability fixes.

  • 1.0.8

Tide chart, redesigned. Swipe across ±7 days right from the briefing card. The chart leads with the current depth, anchors hi/lo labels to their dots, and pins the Y-axis labels alongside so they don't slide when you swipe. The 24-hour view is now the default — tap "Now" any time to switch to the tank-gauge view. Tide Stations drawer picks up the same ±7-day swipe pager, a local moon-phase column, and an anchored "now" snapshot in the header. Subtitle now distinguishes Harmonic vs Subordinate stations at a glance. Wind & Wave hour drawer now shows a one-line verdict ("Brisk wind, choppy seas. Tiring; small boats stay in close.") with a color-coded severity chip, a Prev/Next stepper to walk neighboring hours without dismissing, a "much stronger gusts" warning when conditions get tricky, and a segmented sustained-wind line that changes color with severity per hour. Plus dozens of polish + accessibility fixes — chart labels survive 2.5× Dynamic Type, the hi/lo callouts no longer hide behind the curve fill.

  • 1.0.9

    • New: Learn library. Built-in safety + how-to content for recreational boaters. • Home-screen quick actions (Android) — long-press the app icon to jump straight to the Catch Log or Learn library. • Plus fullscreen + landscape video playback, accessibility polish across the app.
