5/5I love the App but it has its Glitches
I Love the Boards app I use it for my Social Network Marketing Business and it’s amazing but it can be glitchy and difficult! Most days I use the app it will work really well towards the start of me using it and after a while it starts glitching and I can’t change it from boards to my regular keyboard or my emoji keyboard cuz It will just keep going back to the boards app which makes it difficult to send or edit messages in a quick manner! Also when someone sends me a link to share their boards with me I click the link and it takes me to boards and tells me to sign in and I do that and it than says the shared boards are inside of my app and I go inside my app and they are no where to be found! I thought maybe uninstalling and doing it again would work but that has no effect! I truly love the boards app it is so helpful for my business and I do not want to use anything else so i struggle thru all of the issues! Still a great app if y’all could just fix the bugs I would be so grateful it would help so so much!!♥️

1/5Terrible updates for IPad users 😡 BAIT and Switch
I have a paid for account and have had for some time. I've had issues with that but my review is due to the fact that they now have decided to ONLY support iPad users in landscape mode. 😡This is a pain and seriously creates so much of a headache I don't want to use it. I use it for my team and have encouraged 100's plus to use it but no more. Forcing ONE 1️⃣ type of user to use landscape mode is it only unacceptable and Discriminating BUT time consuming and frustrating. I use my iPad instead of my iPhone as it's easier to see on and make typing corrections on. Now when I'm in one program copying to create a board I then need to switch to landscape mode to create a board. As I'm often going back and forth between apps this means I'm constantly changing my iPad side to side. This takes time for the iPad to change and the constant back and forth is nothing short of annoying. Maybe this is ok for the unpaid version but for those of us paying and have been paying you literally removed a service we bought and paid for. I sure don't see a discount on my account and yet you have created a complete headache for me ‼️ So as much as I've loved using this service the bait and switch (yes u sold me a service with portrait option and then updated it away) has me very disillusioned with your company.

4/5Key board isn’t great, but app works well
Update: Been using a few years now. Key board still isn’t the best at functioning but I’ve gotten use to going in and out of the app to copy/paste what I need. Its always been a bit glitchy but manageable. I would have to close and reopen the app to get the keyboard option to stop going black or just disappearing. Worked ok when I first purchased it but now that I’ve been using it for 8-9 months, the keyboard is constantly glitchy to the point I don’t even use that option anymore. I just keep switching back and forth between Boards app and messenger or facebook. But now even doing that is difficult because it has started freezing up and won’t let me go back to previous screen or doesn’t allow me to scroll. I have checked to see if there has been an update but none that I can find. I paid $80-some for the full year’s subscription of the app back in March and now its mid December 2023. I like the app, just wish it would work like it’s supposed to.

1/52nd Time Locked Out
I have the free version. I had two businesses connected and then got locked out with an error message. I took a picture of this and wish I could attach it. The first time one of my coworkers resent the information and in addition, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. This seem to get me back on. But then it happened again. This time I have tried to go to your help center, but there is never a live person and it keeps taking me to issues that are not my issues and the problem is never resolved. I still have two businesses that I need to interact with on Boards and I am unable to get on. With one of my companies that I work with there are other people that have expressed the same frustration. I just now enrolled in a class that I see that you sent via email in hopes that I can interact with someone with, this app that can help me. I see no other way to get help with this. I continue to get an error message and a screen that does not respond at all. I have deleted and rebooted my phone and my iPad many times and hopes of getting back on this app. if anyone with your company can help me that would be great. If not, I have lost means of communication with two businesses that I need to work.

1/5Free version is useless
After using this app for months (and loving it) now it’s not free anymore. The free version has lifetime of 100 keyboard interactions which is a countdown to a useless app. Don’t download it because you’ll spend lots of time loading your content and then you and every person on your team will have to pay a crazy amount of money ($9.99 per month or $6.99 per month billed annually per user). Once you run out of free interaction using the keyboard then, according to the developer, you can still use the app for free by going in and sharing from there. It’s like using a notes app and sharing from it. To the developer: Get your act together and fix this. By the way, if you are going to respond to this review don’t use the boards keyboard and copy-paste this instead so you know what we, your customers, are feeling: “ Hello, we understand you are getting value from Boards and now you're feeling disappointed. Your satisfaction is a high priority for us. Therefore, we'd like to assure you that you can continue to benefit from Boards by sharing your content free from the app, as well as adding unlimited content as part of the Free plan. I hope you continue to benefit from Boards. Thank you.”

          "body": "I Love the Boards app I use it for my Social Network Marketing Business and it’s amazing but it can be glitchy and difficult! Most days I use the app it will work really well towards the start of me using it and after a while it starts glitching and I can’t change it from boards to my regular keyboard or my emoji keyboard cuz It will just keep going back to the boards app which makes it difficult to send or edit messages in a quick manner! Also when someone sends me a link to share their boards with me I click the link and it takes me to boards and tells me to sign in and I do that and it than says the shared boards are inside of my app and I go inside my app and they are no where to be found! I thought maybe uninstalling and doing it again would work but that has no effect! I truly love the boards app it is so helpful for my business and I do not want to use anything else so i struggle thru all of the issues! Still a great app if y’all could just fix the bugs I would be so grateful it would help so so much!!♥️",

          "title": "Terrible updates for IPad users 😡 BAIT and Switch",
          "body": "I have a paid for account and have had for some time. I've had issues with that but my review is due to the fact that they now have decided to ONLY support iPad users in landscape mode. 😡This is a pain and seriously creates so much of a headache I don't want to use it. I use it for my team and have encouraged 100's plus to use it but no more. Forcing ONE 1️⃣ type of user to use landscape mode is it only unacceptable and Discriminating BUT time consuming and frustrating. I use my iPad instead of my iPhone as it's easier to see on and make typing corrections on. Now when I'm in one program copying to create a board I then need to switch to landscape mode to create a board. As I'm often going back and forth between apps this means I'm constantly changing my iPad side to side. This takes time for the iPad to change and the constant back and forth is nothing short of annoying. Maybe this is ok for the unpaid version but for those of us paying and have been paying you literally removed a service we bought and paid for. I sure don't see a discount on my account and yet you have created a complete headache for me ‼️ So as much as I've loved using this service the bait and switch (yes u sold me a service with portrait option and then updated it away) has me very disillusioned with your company.",

          "title": "Key board isn’t great, but app works well",
          "body": "Update: Been using a few years now. Key board still isn’t the best at functioning but I’ve gotten use to going in and out of the app to copy/paste what I need. Its always been a bit glitchy but manageable. I would have to close and reopen the app to get the keyboard option to stop going black or just disappearing. Worked ok when I first purchased it but now that I’ve been using it for 8-9 months, the keyboard is constantly glitchy to the point I don’t even use that option anymore. I just keep switching back and forth between Boards app and messenger or facebook. But now even doing that is difficult because it has started freezing up and won’t let me go back to previous screen or doesn’t allow me to scroll. I have checked to see if there has been an update but none that I can find. I paid $80-some for the full year’s subscription of the app back in March and now its mid December 2023. I like the app, just wish it would work like it’s supposed to.",

          "body": "I have the free version. I had two businesses connected and then got locked out with an error message. I took a picture of this and wish I could attach it. The first time one of my coworkers resent the information and in addition, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. This seem to get me back on. But then it happened again. This time I have tried to go to your help center, but there is never a live person and it keeps taking me to issues that are not my issues and the problem is never resolved. I still have two businesses that I need to interact with on Boards and I am unable to get on. With one of my companies that I work with there are other people that have expressed the same frustration. I just now enrolled in a class that I see that you sent via email in hopes that I can interact with someone with, this app that can help me. I see no other way to get help with this. I continue to get an error message and a screen that does not respond at all. I have deleted and rebooted my phone and my iPad many times and hopes of getting back on this app. if anyone with your company can help me that would be great. If not, I have lost means of communication with two businesses that I need to work.",

          "body": "After using this app for months (and loving it) now it’s not free anymore. The free version has lifetime of 100 keyboard interactions which is a countdown to a useless app. Don’t download it because you’ll spend lots of time loading your content and then you and every person on your team will have to pay a crazy amount of money ($9.99 per month or $6.99 per month billed annually per user). Once you run out of free interaction using the keyboard then, according to the developer, you can still use the app for free by going in and sharing from there. It’s like using a notes app and sharing from it. To the developer: Get your act together and fix this. By the way, if you are going to respond to this review don’t use the boards keyboard and copy-paste this instead so you know what we, your customers, are feeling: “ Hello, we understand you are getting value from Boards and now you're feeling disappointed. Your satisfaction is a high priority for us. Therefore, we'd like to assure you that you can continue to benefit from Boards by sharing your content free from the app, as well as adding unlimited content as part of the Free plan. I hope you continue to benefit from Boards. Thank you.”",
