"body": "Whenever I have an issue with my 430i convertible, no matter how small, the service dept is always there to rectify. Even the service manager is there to please! It is always worth the trip to travel to Habberstad BMW in BayShore even though I live in East Meadow. I originally tried dealers closer to me and was not happy or greeted in the same matter. We now have 2 beautiful cars! Thank you for your service😊",

"body": "I don’t know what happens with the updates to the my garage section of the app, but for the past few months I have to try multiple times to actually log into the site. Latest I got an email for sale on connected drive services and no matter how I try to log in either thru the email link, app, or even website the site times out with no response. Hopefully they get their act together and put out a site that actually works.",

"body": "Worthless!! Asks for the seven numbers of your vin. Comes back with “No manual found for that vin”. But gives you an option to download a demo version of a user manual. I am not happy, but I should use a manual that is not for my car... I’d be not happy every time I went to try and use it. Or I would never rely on it so there for I would never use it. Why would I have on my phone. Why not allow you to select your year and model!!! What a waste of time. Well BMW, at least you know how to make cars. Hire someone who knows how to develop an app.",

"body": "Noticed yesterday or my husband noticed that the cover on the back bumper which is called the towing cover was missing. I googled and found that the piece comes off either by the car wash or people snatching it off your car.( I only use touch less car washes if I use car wash) I called the BMWDealership which I bought the car in December 20 from they were going to charge $53 for the cover, after talking to the nice gentleman and telling him that I googled about the towing cover and seeing where others have had The same problem and had went to their dealership and the dealership had went ahead and put one on for them .He went ahead and said he could do it this time but if it fell off again then I would be responsible in which I agreed that I would if it fell off again. He thought it would have to be painted but it comes in the color of my bumper.",
