So I’ve been using this app for about 8 months now I was able to refinance it’s a lil process that you have to go thru to get your refinance and than they start it over again for you to refinance in the future the only thing I don’t like about it is that the dates I pay back from my checks it doesn’t have the correct date because I will get a bonus check or a thank you check from my job which counts towards the payback each time I get paid and I know I made my 10 payments for me to refinance again but it keeps saying 3 more payments either way I’m paying off the loan but to get to the refinance I’m sure each time I did 14 payments and it says I can refinance I know I’m not tripping it allows you to do everything it say it’s just in my case my work checks was rolling in I assumed it would allow me to do it sooner because I made all my 10 payments their system will wait until that day come and than say I can refinance when the app clearly states to make 10 payments to refinance I was in the 10 payment line waiting about 2 weeks before I was actually able to do it and now I’m at my last 3 payments to refinance we will see how this goes cuz according to my calculations I should be at two payments but the app knows best I guess cool just slow when referring to payments and dates I was able to get bonuses from others for clicking the link received 200 off of just sharing my link so I’m not bashing I just think it needs bug fixes and to be updated that’s all and give us a thank you for using the service or sharing the link other than someone being approved applied only gives you a $1 approved give you 100 I think it should give us more money to refinance instead of the 1 give us a extra hundred on the refinances

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE WEBSITE WOULDN’T LET ME RESET MY PASSWORD, All I got was a runaround about submitting an IT ticket and waiting 48 hours. Just to reset a password!! Then he starts getting an attitude because I’m saying why can’t you send a link to my text message ?? He doesn’t have an answer of course “this is the way it is”. His name was “Armando”, and then proceeded to hang up on me because I want more answers why is resetting my password so difficult. Once I’m done paying this loan I will NEVER use bmg again.

It helped me multiple times im on my third one… it helped ease the burden and the payments are small and manageable!! 10/10 recommend!!

I didn’t have no issues in general with them. Use it two times and I just paid in full. Not long ago wasn’t able to log in on the website giving you “an error” on my password, change it and keep saying the same thing. What was so hard to notify us that we have to use the app or redirect to download it right way? That app don’t let me see my payment history and I don’t like that. I needed to see how much left I had to pay to see when I had to take it off from split payments from my check. That need to get fix, looks a little tricky for who hasn’t use it before.
