"body": "This app has been a lifesaver! Im a first time mom who was really interested in the idea of Baby Led Weaning. I tried to get by with whatever free resources I could find online, but still didn’t feel confident or informed enough. I’m so glad I discovered this app through their IG! Do yourself a favor and purchase/subscribe (whichever it is) asap! There is SOO much information on this app that will answer your every question during your BLW journey. And trust, I had sooo many questions! How to prepare and store certain food? How to cut it for my 6 mo? What foods can help with constipation? What’s an easy meal I can whip up with the ingredients I have on hand? This app answers it all!! The only downsides for me are that sometimes when I’m switching between tabs, like food to recipes, it can be kind of laggy. It isn’t as smooth as I’d like and I have to wait a while for the screen to load up. Also I wish there was a better way to easily access the list of foods that bind or loosen stool. Idk, but that list was super helpful to me when my babe got constipated for the first time. It was a pain having to click through so many places to find it. Also, I like the quiz feature. I found it informative, but I wish they told me the answers after! I’d like to know what the actual answers are not just what my score is. Other than those minor things this app is amazing and a must have tool on your BLW journey!",

"body": "I had been following the BLW Meals page on Instagram for a few months before finally downloading their app when I started Baby Led Weaning with my son. The recipe ideas, meal plans and overall functionality of the app is absolutely amazing! However, I honestly feel the true value of this app lies in its ability to give you a strong foundation for cooking meals for your *family*. Not only did this app help me cook meals for my baby, it allowed me to broaden my own and my family’s plate. It has allowed me to feel confident in my ability to cook, bake etc. WITHOUT looking at the app as much now. I truly am thankful and without it my baby would not be as skilled of an eater as he is at 9 months.",

"body": "This is my favorite BLW app. Everything you need to know is all in one place. I love that I can click and get all the info I need without having to be redirected to a website or anywhere else. I love the how to serve information which is really detailed and all of the information for each food. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the food tracker needs improved. It would be better if all foods were listed on one page either alphabetical or in categories but easy to see together on one page. Some common foods are missing and need to be added as standard - for example, peanuts. Also, it would be nice if it would show a count of how many foods have been tried to date. I pay for this app specifically for the tracker but it’s leaving a lot of be desired so I may be switching to another app. I hope they can take my advice and make so much needed updates because with some changes this is hands down the best app!",

"body": "This app has been such a lifesaver as a first-time mom of a 6 month old! The app has clear, helpful information on almost anything you’ll have a question about. The daily meal plan is super easy to follow and the guidelines about how to serve each food make me feel less concerned as my baby begins to explore solids. My pediatrician recommended this app and the corresponding Instagram account and I must say that I don’t know what I’d do without them. Several times I’ve had questions and, after attempting Google searches that only yielded conflicting information, I messaged the Instagram account and they responded quickly and were super nice! If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would!!",

"body": "I recommend this app and the associated Instagram page to anyone who is a parent. The creators post research-backed, cited information in a user-friendly way. I love the food library that shows how to cut and prepare tons of foods for different ages. As a first-time parent, I really had no idea where to start. The app was a lifesaver! I also love how there are different options based on your comfort level. We used the app daily when our baby started eating solids, and I love the open communication and honesty about what introducing solids can look like. I cannot recommend this app enough!",
