1. 5/5My whole family digs this app!

   I came across this app by a Youtuber recommendation, as a means to get ideas out and formulated very quickly. It helps me a lot, specifically when I need to be creative, but I have that starters “block”, making it difficult to get going. It’s also a great way to pass time and still be productive. As for my kids, my 11yr old daughter has become interested in it, as she plays trombone in school, but gets bored with their music. It allows her to expand her thinking. But for my 7yr old son?... this app has awakened a beast. If I let him, he will sit on my iPad all day just making beats. As it is, I have had to somewhat repurpose my iPad around this app and a few others. So yes, I could easily give it 5 stars. I do have a request though. Is it possible to include a search feature? Maybe even a subgroup/folder input feature? I’ve input many of my own sample packs, but it has been a tedious venture, being that I am only allowed to input files. If you can make it where folders can be input, and they would still remain accessible as subgroups within the app... I would be over the moon for this app.

2. 5/5One of the best!!!!

   This all sat in my phone for a month before I got bored and began exploring it. Omg I can’t believe how powerful but amazingly simple to use little app. I’ve been looking for this!!!! Yeah it doesn’t have the advanced editing features some of my others have but it’s still super fun to play around with. I’ve made a couple bangers already. Awesome that you can’t shoot it over to Launchpad so you can play your “clips” individually almost like an Ableton environment. I hooked up my Launchpad mini and was super excited but unfortunately it doesn’t work with that app even though on the box it says it does. Man if I could build em all in Blocs Wave, shoot the individual shots over to launchpad app, plugin the mini, open GarageBand or Fl Studio or whatever DAW you want and use the IAA to have your launchpad and record? Hell I might never ever need a laptop again. AMPIFY PLEASE MAKE IT SO!!!! I will love and support you forever! Haha Edit: I just read on Launchpads info that it does do that but only with iPad. Womp womp womp. Guess I gotta but an iPad now. Wish you could make that happen for iPhone.

3. 3/55 star app but.....

   This definitely is a five star app very fun powerful and intuitive with all the important add-ons the only reason that I’m giving it three stars because in the description of the app when I downloaded it said that there was supposed to be a new free sound pack released every month, Which so far have been nonexistent very disappointing was looking forward to trying out the new sounds each month. Would be willing to give a five star rating is set sound packs started to be released each month as was originally stated, I myself am a Full Sail University Audio production bachelor of science student, Who highly enjoy the ability to be able to craft beats on the go, But there’s only so much you can do with the limited sounds in the included sound packs, So I would really like to see some new additions to the free sample packs as was stated in the original description of the app. As a full-time college student with four children money is very tight especially around this time of year, and being the father of four children, and while the prices of the sound packs are not outrageous or unreasonable, are still out of my budget especially since I’m already paying a small fortune to go to music school, and raising 4 young children, speaking as someone who is definitely part of your target demographic, I just can’t give 5 stars Due to the lack of free sounds, So my suggestion would be to either make the add on to import your own sounds free, or to add a new free sound pack each month, which is what enticed me to download the app in the first place. Remedy this lack of sounds in someway shape or form and I will gladly give this at the five stars it deserves.

4. 5/5Absolutely Love

   ... this app. I’m a writer at heart and have always depended on talented producers for beats. This app has given me a simple way to build up beats that I actually want to write and rock to, myself . I throw results out into Ableton and structure it and add some whistles, or send that to the producer homie to take even further. This app starts fires. My only feedback is give me a unlimited undo’s or at least 5 or 10. Can’t tell you how many times I already had the perfect bass line loaded (no easy feat), only to find it accidentally obliterated—permanently replaced with a male vocal sample or a jazzy rainstick. Sad face emoji. It got to the point where i just take screenshots to make sure I preserve the final state. Shouldnt hafta resort to that. Unlimited undo’s, even after opening and closing the song or app would be a game changer. Something else is that the app gets easily confused when it comes to Bluetooth. Like I’ll have it goin brought the AirPods or my car stereo and any interruption (like a phone call or taking my ear piece out for a second) and i basically need restart the app to reestablish connection etc. Pie in the sky would be: ability to play Slice section with external midi trigger, like a baby launchpad or korg drum mini. JFF. Or is that already possible? Also would be so sick if there was a 4 track built in just to freestyle into and build roughs. Like wow. Anyways, to sum it up: Full 5 star app—because it’s my secret weapon I don’t tell people about, cuz I want all the sounds for myself, *evil laugh. Because it’s inspired over 50 songs so far. Because it keeps getting better. Because it bangs out my boombox with no extra sauce. Because I can whip it out on a whim and get something usable. Because all my rapper friends think I can make beats now. Because. Because. Because. Just do me a favor, don’t tell anybody ;) frfr - Nathan Nice

5. 5/5Horrible!

   This used to be one of my favorite apps. I made so many incredible beats from the awesome sound packs. Then I lost my phone and all my music. Needless to say I was highly upset. I stoppped making music for awhile. I decided to start again to see if I could recreate my old songs. But it seems like all of the sound packs have changed and I can’t locate any of the sounds that I had before. What’s worse is it seems like the packs no longer mesh. I don’t think I’m going crazy because I’m using other apps including sister app launch pad( which I love!) and I’m able to create some really awesome beats. Please explain what the heck happened? I don’t even feel like using this app ever again and I wasted a lot of money purchasing the sound packs! I wish I could get my money back but I know that’s not gonna happen. And it seems all my past creations are gone as well. I’m so mad I don’t know what to do! Don’t waste your time or money on this app! But that’s just my opinion. It changed and for the worse!
