"body": "I purchased two MasterCard gift cards. One for $900 and one for $1000. Both cards say up to 72 hours for full verification, it’s now been 7 days and I have no card numbers to use the gift cards. I’ve emailed them for the past week, with all information needed, no response from anyone. I understand verification can take a while, but I have purchased from them in the past with no issue. It would be nice for support to reach out and respond to something.",

"body": "I downloaded this app in August to purchase a 50 dollar gift card for my sisters birthday. However, they sent her a digital card that wont work. My bank account shows that the payment cleared for the gift card. I have contacted them and they have not responded. They basically stole $50 from me. Very unprofessional. If I could give them less than a one star rating, I would! Don’t use this app!",
