Home screen The "Today" box is now a personal recommendation from Ben — it reads the day's situation and points to one clear next step (your inquiries or your full report), instead of raw stats. Opens instantly (no more ~10-second load); each task shows the listing as a tappable photo card. Buyer inquiries (formerly "Messages") Rebuilt as a one-at-a-time queue: the most urgent buyer first, one card and one button per screen, slide to the next. Plain-English count ("You have 10 inquiries — this is #3") with position dots. After you reply, the card shows a "Done" check and highlights the next one — no auto-jumping. Each inquiry shows the listing's current photo, clearly separated from the buyer's name. Buyer chat Ben's suggestions are now two short, scannable lines (what's happening + what to do), written naturally by AI and different each day. Messenger-style dates and timestamps; NDA/CIM status changes color and icon with progress. Tap the NDA or CIM status at the top to see its full history and next action; the conversation itself stays clean.
