"body": "Order search feature has been broken for many versions. Push notifications work for a while and then randomly quit. Analytics in the app only go back 2-3 months even though I have 18+ months on the web version. Face ID login tries, loops several times but never logs in until also clicking a button in the UI. It seems like they rush out update after update, forcing you to upgrade to log in, but something new will be broken with every one.",

I can’t find how to remove it from my phone and re-download it. Quite frustrating. Update: latest IOS update somehow fixed the hard crash. Outside of this single issue, B.C’s app has been excellent",

I’ve contacted the helpdesk several times over two years without getting anywhere if I want to print out a packing slip it’s simply shown as a link. You had a good thing going. Don’t know why it’s not important anymore as branding is huge.",
