You know what they say, “The best CRM is the one you use” I can say that of all the CRMs I have used, BPD is the easiest and best hands down

5/5Great CRM!!!
This is a must have CRM for mortgage lenders. Especially if you understand how vital it is to be on the same page with any realtor you're working with. The functionality of big purple dot is second to none. It will only continue to get better.

3/5My review of Big Purple Dot
In general this CRM system is the best thus far I used and customer service is A+ the reason I leave 3 stars and not 5 is cause I wish there would be option for modifying drip campaign in the app which is currently not available plus the txting is limited to 160 characters which is ridiculous and you can't txt from the app. Fix those issues guys and you will have much more business !

The app is more of a reference point for me when I'm away from my computer. Live updates on new leads coming in, and up to date notifications when a lead is changed/updated.

5/5Fantastic app!
I can easily access my contacts on my mobile device and from there can easily place a call or update any notes for them! They make it really easy to find leads that I want to address using their status tag system!
