   I’m an older person and memorizing is a lot more difficult than it used to be. This app makes it easier to memorize by presenting the verse several different ways. You can choose the verses you want to learn and the version you want to use or the app will give you choices of verses you can start with. There are several tabs you can choose from. “Blur “ presents you with the whole verse. Each time you touch “blur” several words are removed and you have to fill in the blank. “Initial” gives you the first letter of each word of the verse, so you have a hint but have to remember each word. “Word” presents you with a choice of several words starting with the first word of the verse. You have to touch the correct word in each series until you correctly complete the verse. “Type” requires you to type the entire verse and the app either affirms or denies each word so you can correct it if necessary. You can also have the app read the verse to you so another sense is involved in the learning. Best yet, there are no ads and it’s completely free although you can donate. I work with the app for a few minutes every day, and I’ve found learning verses to be much easier than it’s been in a long time.

   This one is the best I have tried and it is totally free i haven’t seen one ad! There are only a couple of ideas I have that would make it better that is a section where it jumbled all the verses and references so you have to guess which one it goes to. Maybe you could jumble the entire collection up and add some ones in that you don’t have in the collection to make it more challenging. It is great for memorization word for word but that would help with remembering the chapters and verses part. Also maybe a one where you say it out loud like text to speech. Seriously though this app is so awesome I am going to donate to y’all sometime here to help y’all pay for your cost so you can keep providing this wonderful service. Thank y’all! It’s only been a week and I have been able to almost remember the entire chapter of psalm 91 I am so impressed! Blessings sent your way!

3. 5/5Great Tools but Large Room for Growth

   This app differs from many others in that one of the tools it has is the Initials tool. For those who don’t know, this allows you to review using the first letters of the verse. For example, John 3:16 would be F G s l t w… This one tool sets it apart from much of the other competition. Now on to how the app can be improved. The format is clunky in many areas. Nearly all pages are too tall for the page which means it allows all pages to scroll. There’s really no reason to have Contact and Privacy Policy on the bottom of each and every page. The Memorized toggle is not in an ideal location. I click on the toggle accidentally way too often because the entire word Memorized is clickable and not just the toggle. There’s no high level overview of collections. I don’t know how many verses are in a collection and how many are memorized. The Type tool can also be improved. When using initials mode, surrounding letters should be included because typing on a phone screen is clunky. These are just a few of the changes that I’d like to see in future editions of the app. I know it seems like a critique but the app is honestly the best in its price range (free). I highly recommend it to anyone who has an inkling for Bible memory. It has changed my life and I’m sure it will change many more.

   Repetitive listening at your own pace is wonderful … and then checking to see how many you have committed to memory we know what you know today may be gone tomorrow so being able to recheck all without help wow … The hints are great kids and we folks love a hint .. then there are the different groups / that make it easy to memorize a certain topics with out being scatted all over … Songs in the night are specially great for late night activity studies without having to have lights on if your using your cell phone … all in all amazing to surprise people as you just quote scriptures as if your remembering from long ago and they just pop up … our little secret

   I don’t normally write app reviews but this app is outstanding! It has amazing ways and options on how to memorize scriptures. It is extremely organized and supportive! There are amazing collections of verses if your like me and you are not sure specifically what you want to memorize. They have every version of the Bible choose from and their main goal is to bring you closer to Christ! They sent me an email on ways they may be able to improve and I replied. The next day I revived a thoughtful email in return the address all of my thoughts. You could tell that this email was heart felt and though through. I encourage everyone ,no matter what religion, to download this app and come closer to God!
