  1. 4/5App gets the job done

The app is pretty simple and effective. Only difficulty was in pairing. Most devices hold a button until the LED flashes to start pairing. Here you hold the button through two feedback taps, and release- the LED might or might not flash much. It might be nice if the settings of frequency, intensity, and duration could be saved for later reuse — minimizing GUI interaction for common configurations.

  2. 5/5Simple Concept, Simple App, Surprising Results

I learned about the benefits of bi-lateral stimulation years ago and have used it with my kids from time to time to help them get out of a “funk.” I personally have used breathing and meditation in my personal stress management and I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy Bi-Tapp can be used to create space and awareness for those who experience frequent stress and even for those who only need it from time to time. The most surprising use of the Bi-Tapp is our kids using them at home to help them fall asleep faster. Inspired by my kids, I use them on nights where I wake up at night and can’t fall back asleep because I cannot stop my mind. When I put on the Bi-Tapp, it’s amazing how my mind continues to work on the things keeping me up, but they become less important, start to fade away and I fall asleep. The app is simple and effective. I would like to see a number on the scales so that it makes it easier to get it back to the settings I prefer after my kids have used it, however, it has not been an issue. I have also started using the Bi-Tapp in meditation to help me get into a deeper state faster.

  3. 5/5Great Device

The Bi Tapp tappers are easy to use with my therapy clients. I like that I can adjust the settings silently (another device I had was quite cumbersome and noisy). The only request I have is that you add a counter or timer to keep track of how many passes have gone by during a set. As it is, I usually count in my head which isn’t as precise as I’d like. Thank you for considering this feedback!

  4. 4/5Great tool!!

I love these tappers!! They are more comfortable for clients, and for the therapists as there are no wires. My only reason for giving them 4 stars is that as an EMDR therapist I need/want to see the number of times or passes of the BLS. PLEASE find a way to add a number count (instead of just minutes) of how many passes they have felt. Thank you!!

  5. 5/5Formal Therapy use

I am a therapist, and this app has been helpful in connecting my clients with increased relaxation and processing. It would be helpful to add the features of a counter, and a more specific and changeable timer instead of the preset options, which would help with how long the tapping session has gone and comparing with previous lengths of tapping sessions.
