5/5Ive made a big mistake
I have a total of 8 accounts to resolve and so far after almost 4 months only two are being resolved. Meanwhile my credit score dropped over 250 points. How will I ever recover my credit after this? My creditors are continually adding interest and late fees while beyond sits on their hands and watches. My credit has never been so low in my life and im concerned now where I’m going to move when my lease is up here. Who will rent to someone who’s credit score is below 300? If you decide to want to settle your debt think about how many accounts you want to settle because deciding. I felt extremely rushed and pushed to sign the dotted line while nowhere in the beginning process was I told that my credit score would plummet. I was better off before all this and now the creditors that are NOT budging with Beyond are sending me settlement offers. Please tell me if I made a huge mistake going through with beyond? I am completely disappointed disgusted dissatisfied and frankly sick to my stomach. You guys held way too much important information back in the beginning process. I definitely would have made a better decision. I really hope some of these accounts can start to settle soon. What is the end game if the creditors don’t settle? Let me know please. 🙏🏽

5/5Honest, Flexible, Service Excellence
These folks are former bankers who understand debt structure and have a legal team aboard and the right knowledge to negotiate and help consumers. If you are willing to solve your debt issues, follow their process and advice, and pay their fees, you save about 25% of what you owe. 25% goes to their fees (you can negotiate lower after current legislation from the Biden administration to lower fees and zero fees for these Banks who have been raping consumers for years, and the rest of 40% t0 50% goes to pay off your debt. Collection Agencies and creditors recognize Beyond Finance and willing to work with them. They are mostly efficient suitable for large debts settlement. For small debt amounts, negotiate the fee, otherwise it is better to call the collection agency directly to negotiate. If they refuse, file a complaint on the CSFB website as the law mandates. Do insist to must lower debt amount settlement because 40% to 60% is unreasonable fees and interest charges raping consumers for years, but due to the recent Administration decision, they are mandated to wave all these fees. The CFPB will support you and go after them. PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE and if they start litigation or threaten with litigation, they are in violation of the CSFP law and they’ll be shut down. Further, once in collection, what these collection agencies get is cash in their pockets. The creditors / banks have already written off the debt as a tax advantage and their goal is for their collectors vendors to pocket as much as they can so their Bank / loan issues do not have to pay high vendor costs. DO NOT GIVE UP.

5/5Not for everyone, but works for me!
I just want to start out by saying that this program is NOT for everyone. I got myself into a lot of credit card debt and the interest rates on each credit card made it almost impossible to see any progress. I had an amazing credit score— in the high 700s— so seeing it drop in the 500s was shocking and I’ve questioned many of times if I made the right decision, but I also knew I didn’t need a good credit score anytime soon. I already have a house and a car, so just keep in mind if you are planning on making huge purchases or moving I would maybe wait on consolidation. I started my program last year and have already closed 1 account with 3 in progress and my credit score has gone up slowly. The more money you can add to your account the quicker it goes by. Also the 25% fee for each account is still cheaper than paying predatory monthly interest rates!! It has been stressful and some creditors have been more aggressive than others, but it works itself out and I can eventually see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Beyond!

1/5Scam
If they could receive less than a star I would have given them zero stars I signed up with them and they said that if I pay them monthly on time, then I would be eligible for a loan where I could pay off all of my debt at once I paid them every month I agreed-upon amount in good faith believing that they were negotiating with creditors and paying off creditors. They only paid one credit card the one with the lowest balance they never negotiated with them. They’re just paid off the lowest balance which was $300. The rest of the money that I sent them for the next nine months they kept in their escrow account at least that’s what they had told me. I eventually contacted them and said that I could no longer work with them considering they were not doing any work and they told me that the money that they had in the bank was not going to come back to me that it was their fee. They argued with me repeatedly. We went item by item through everything that they said that I owed them. I did the math with them even paying them the fees that they said I owed which I definitely didn’t and was not agreed-upon ahead of time I should have received near $300 they argued with me repeatedly and eventually told me that they were sending me a check for $200 from them instead I received a check for less than $90. They received close to 2000.

5/5Trust the Process
For over five years, I faithfully paid on my credit card bills. I was never late. I always paid more than the minimum amount due. Yet no matter how consistent I was, the balances barely moved. It felt like I was running on a treadmill, working hard but going nowhere. I randomly came across information about Beyond Finance one day, reached out, and so glad did. My representative, Benny, spent nearly two hours with me on the phone. He patiently answered every question and explained the process in detail. I was able to share some very personal and humbling parts of my financial situation without feeling judged. He also shared that Beyond Finance is the reason he is now debt free, he walked a similar path, which gave me even more confidence in the process. I enrolled in October, and now it’s February. I’ve already added funds toward settling my first (smaller) credit card, and I’m preparing to tackle the larger account next. I was extremely hesitant at first. I’ve never used a debt relief program before, and choosing to stop paying my credit cards was very difficult for me because I pride myself on paying my bills. But the reality was, my faithful payments weren’t reducing my debt. So I had to ask myself, what do I have to lose? One thing I truly appreciate is that they provided a number for creditors to call, which helps prevent the stress and harassment of constant phone calls. That alone gave me peace of mind. This process requires faith, especially when you see your credit score fluctuate. But I believe in staying on- course, even when it’s rocky, and for the first time in years, I feel like I have a real plan to become debt free. I’m hopeful that within the next 6 to 9 months, I’ll see significant progress in my larger account. If you’re feeling stuck and discouraged like I was, it may be worth exploring your options. For me, this has been a step toward freedom.
