   Almost Everyone think that we are who we are and that it's not possible to change! The reality and truth is, change is possible! You just have to be willing to do the work to make change happen, and so many aren't willing to put in the work! So when you're ready, it's waiting for you! Just don't wait too long, before you can't change it, and your family is the only ones left, to pick up the pieces! Sometimes or rather almost all of the time, they will end up being the ones that will need to seek change to find more happiness! That being the results of their loved one or an indirect relationship with a loved one's, loved one (husbands parents or caregivers)! So there's no better time than now to seek that change within yourself and for your loved one! Make sure you jump in with both feet, it will be worth it in the end!

2. 2/5Specifically for women

   After using this app for several weeks now it has become clear that this app is intended for women specifically. Many of the courses and articles speak only to women and do not appear to be intended for men, which is very disappointing. The breathwork section is not gender specific but is also VERY basic. The sleep sounds section is cool but needs more sounds to try. The bedtime stories section only has three stories so it's okay for the first few days but that's it. I don't follow the plan page really anymore especially since I had to stop the last course I was taking after a couple of days when I realized it was gender specific. We'll see how long I keep using this app, especially since I already have a Mindvalley membership that offers all of these things and more and isn't gender specific. Update: Since the developers are not going to be honest about the content and intended audience I will just clarify. I completed tho courses on the app and both of them had sections asking you to "focus on your womanhood" or to "concentrate on your feminine energy" and st least one article it suggested was something about "habits of successful women". Apparently they want you to believe that those sorts of articles are "good resources" for men. I disagree. That said, if you are looking to develop your "womanhood", I have good news for you as that seems to be a main focus of this app.

3. 1/5I’d Give 0 Stars If I Could

   The app itself is ok, but their billing practices are predatory. They do not send an email notification a few days before your membership is due to renew to allow you the chance to cancel; this is how they trap you into continuing to pay for the subscription. I am recovering from a head injury that affects my memory and organization, so I wasn’t as on top of things as I usually am. When I got the “receipt” email letting me know that I’d been charged for a renewal, I was so upset thinking I’d missed the courtesy reminder email. Nope, there wasn’t one. So I immediately emailed and explained my situation and asked to cancel and refund my money because I hadn’t been utilizing the app. They canceled my subscription but ignored the part about the refund. I emailed again and asked about the refund. They responded days later saying they don’t give refunds. Then they also had the audacity to say they value their customers and asked me to stay and offered to give me a deal on an additional several months. As if I want to remain a customer with a company that has zero compassion for people going through tough situations. I would highly advise anyone to not give any of your money to this app. Find one that actually gives courtesy emails regarding subscriptions and upcoming charges, and one that actually values their customers.

   I’m not quite sure I understand why this app has a section titled “Heal Your Childhood Trauma” with a focus on Confidence & how the lack thereof is attributed to “over-demanding parents….[that] were constantly in your back…[and] put a lot of pressure on you to succeed.” The chapter goes on affirm that “parents want the best for their children…and can become overbearing” because they (the parents) “don’t know how to act.” This really, really annoyed me because having parents that care about you and put stress on you to succeed is the literal dream of children who grow up with truly abusive parents. It’s ridiculous that we are calling parents that seek to help their children succeed “traumatizing.” That’s not trauma. Trauma is the physiological reaction that occurs after a traumatic event, or series of traumatic events, leaving long term effects that cripple the wounded carrier of the trauma. Your parents telling you to spend your free time studying may be annoying, but it is *not* traumatizing. The idea of that being traumatizing almost felt like an insult but it’s actually just laughable. Although I held out hope for this app, the inappropriate mislabeling of “trauma” and subsequent blaming of parents that are well-meaning is just disgraceful. A focus on abuse would absolutely be an appropriate emphasis for a chapter on childhood trauma & the lack of confidence it imposes.

   Similar to other reviews I was really excited and hopeful to use the app. It is a well put together app in terms of presentation but other than that I wasn’t very impressed with the micro learning lessons. I’m not sure if the lessons are suppose to have audio but personally it would have really helped me as I definitely have trouble staying focused when I have to read off my phone. I’d say that is my least favorite thing about the app. Also, I felt the survey you complete before paying for the app was very thorough but upon receiving my plan, I don’t know, it just seemed like a lot of the same basic information I’ve read in articles and books. I think this app is more suited for someone just beginning their healing journey and are taking those first steps to feeling better. I don’t think I would recommend this app though overall if you’re serious about healing. Also as others have said, the 30 day guarantee is false advertising. I’m not even going to bother messaging customer support about the 30 day satisfaction guaranteed that is super clearly stated in the ad when you click to read more information (if you found the app thru Instagram, that is). If anyone reads this review before paying, SCREENSHOT THE GUARANTEE because that’s absolutely false advertising. It’s not until you pay for the app and read the policies that you see it say that all sales are final. That’s all I have to say I guess. I’d give it one star but I did enjoy the layout and presentation of the app so I will give the creators credit where it is due. It does seem like they responded to reviews though so I’m curious if they will skirt the guarantee part of my review and only touch on the other things I have spoken on…they definitely skirted the subject when other reviewers mentioned it.
