   It is wonderful to be able to use the laundry service with the app. I can load more than enough money onto the app, and it is always ready to go, and I’ve never had a problem with the machine as they start up just fine. Great! No, more having to hunt down quarters… it is also nice to have the tracker time right on the app as well as a reminder of when my laundry is ready to be changed over for machines or to be picked up so I get out of everyone else’s way… Love it!

   Absolutely fantastic experience! Every interaction has been smooth and hassle-free. Any issues with payments or machine operations have been swiftly and efficiently resolved with the customer service being friendly and personable. This is hands down the best service for coin (or card) operated machines! I used to rely on laundromats, but since moving to a complex with BDS, I’ve enjoyed the convenience of doing laundry right at home. It’s been a game-changer! And just to clarify, **this is NOT a paid review!** ☺️

3. 5/5UX Update (?)

   We’ve had the system in our condo community for several months now, and it’s such a valuable update for our floor to have an app control! Our quarter jar may be sad, but not needing to go back to my unit every time I forgot them…priceless. Not sure when it switched, but the most recent UI has been really pleasant! There’s even a little widget for your Lock Screen that popped up (since the last time — just a couple weeks ago I swear it was different?!) Regardless, an even smoother UI makes it even better.

4. 4/5Probably as good as possible?

   I personally don’t quite understand the existence of a third party app rather than direct tap to pay. It doesn’t seem to solve any problems, but I mean, it doesn’t create any. If I have to use the app in the first place, it should totally negate the need to push buttons on the machine in my opinion. I will shout out the fact u can check room status and it’s accurate within the minute, so if you don’t want to walk to the laundry and check for a free machine, that’s nice.

   But otherwise works well. Here’s the few things that could use a corrective tweak: When you’re on the app, looking up “available washer and dryers” (as in if they’re being used by others) it always says 0 of 0 available. So no matter if they are available or in use, that spot always says 0 of 0 available. Either get rid of that tab or allow us to see how many of the washers and driers there are and if they are available! Second, when adding time (basically 1 quarter for an extra 6 min), maybe a feature to add would be to say I wan to add 4 quarters and then 24 minutes will be added on (so that I don’t have to confirm and wait for it to load/process for each additional “quarter”). That’s it. App works fine other than that! Super easy to load money which is key!
