1. 5/5Adaptable, Sustainable, and Perfect for Real-Life Bodies

   I have been using Bikini Body Mommy since 2016, and what I love most is how easy it is to adapt the programs to whatever season of life you are in. And trust me, I have had ALL the seasons. The seasons when my body could handle HIIT style workouts, and seasons, where it absolutely could not. There were times when strength training was the best thing that ever happened to me, and times when it was not what my body needed. Through Hashimoto’s, POTS, hormonal shifts, flares, recoveries, and everything in between, Bikini Body Mommy has been the one program that never demanded I force my body into something it was not capable of. And let me be crystal clear: at this point in my life, this girl does not do HIIT! Like, ever! Strength, structure, and stability work for me. Jumping around like I’m trying to win a fitness obstacle course does not. That is where Bikini Body Mommy really shines. The LIFT programs and this year’s training blocks are strength based, flexible, and incredibly easy to scale up or down, depending on your energy, symptoms, or doctor’s instructions. They work with your body, not against it. I can challenge myself when I am feeling strong, and I can modify without any guilt when my auto immune conditions say, not today. Even with health setbacks, and a few doctor ordered breaks, I have completed nearly the entire year of training blocks, and I feel amazing. The consistency, the structure, and the adaptability have made all the difference. If you want a fitness program that meets you where you are, whether you are thriving, healing, or somewhere in between, Bikini Body Mommy is it. It has carried me through nearly a decade of changes and helped me stay strong, confident, and grounded. I could not recommend it more.

2. 5/5⭐️ Sustainable & Relatable Programs! ⭐️

   As a busy mom, I was looking for an easy-to-follow, low-impact weight lifting program to get my health back on track in a sustainable manner that I could keep up with. I was feeling weak and tired all the time running myself ragged going to all my kid’s activities and working full time. Briana has created programs that are relatable to all moms and that are not so time consuming that you feel like it’s another burden to your day, which is HUGE! I started with the LIFT Beginner program and FELL IN LOVE! 😍 I now WANT to workout (even if it’s just stretching!!) daily because of how great it’s made me feel. I am now in the first week of LIFT Intermediate and can tell how much stronger I am from when I started the beginner program. I’ve had to invest in heavier weights and have so much more energy now, which is so exciting! I can’t wait to try the new Yoga series next! Just give it a try for one program, or even just one month for the $15, and you’ll see how easy Briana makes it to be the healthiest, strongest version of yourself!! 🩷 Oh, and she’ll make you laugh with all the real-life bloopers you see along the way 😂

   I have been a part of the Bikini Body Mommy community for nearly 10 years now. It took me a year of following Briana on Instagram before I tried a workout (5.0) and from there, I was hooked! Briana is encouraging, down to earth, and most of all, she makes you realize that your body is capable, beautiful and strong at any size or shape you may be in. If you want to lose weight, go for it, if you want to be strong, go for it, if you want to get some exercise, go for it! Even the pregnancy workouts are challenging without being overwhelming, and I felt strong, energized (and they actually helped with the morning sickness and exhaustion, believe it or not!) This is an excellent app that encompasses all of the free and extra content Briana has worked so hard on over the years. You can’t help but love it. Briana is a champion at supporting women in whatever season or part of their journey they are in, and she is relatable, trustworthy, and cultivates a kind culture. I can’t say enough great things about this app and Briana!

4. 5/5Mom with goals ✌🏼

   I have being doing briannas challenges for about 4 years now on and off. The first one I ever did I lost close to 25 lbs along with 5 inches! I changed my eating habits dramatically at that time so I know that helped me so much. The last 7.0 challenge I did I didn’t follow it through so I didn’t get the results I was hoping for. But she is so real and down to earth. That is what I love so much about her and these workouts. No matter how fit or unfit you are or are wanting to be, you can follow them. And she makes you feel like you are part of the BBM family. And where else can you get a personal trainer for free!!! If you are thinking about doing one of these challenges, don’t hesitate any longer. You are in your own home so no one is judging how fast or slow you are going. You just do it at your pace and eventually you get to feeling stronger and more confident and you wanna do more and more. It’s very addicting lol. Thank you Brianna for all you do and being so sweet! And congrats on baby #6... so happy for you and your family 💞

5. 5/5Best workout app ever!!!!

   I love BBM. I have been doing these workouts for years, and they have helped me get back in shape after my 4th child. The app is so amazing and makes accessing all of the workouts so easy! Love, love, love it! Not only are the workouts effective, Briana and the BBM community are amazing. Briana is the most relatable fitness leader I have come across. She shares her struggles and successes, and, most importantly, her conviction to love her body at all stages of life. This is very inspiring and motivating me to stick with a workout routine, which, in my opinion, the MOST important and impactful quality of any workout program. How do you move forward, Lee going, when you fail or fall off the bandwagon? I have had bad days, weeks, even months, but Briana has given me the inner strength to give myself grace and to keep moving forward. This has led me to sticking to a consistent exercise regimen for the last three years (something I can say I have never done before), and feeling strong, powerful, and proud of my mother-of-4 body.
