Extremely dissatisfied the app could no locate my printer to print off a barcode. Its NOT very user friendly especially when trying to locate a printer. Needs Tech Support and Contact Us information about the company. No words can discribe how frustrated I am with this simple app. Needs to have a phone number listed or email address / live chat somewhere to be able to communicate with the company",

"body": "I used this app for a year now for work log ins and had no issues. Until recently the barcode generator doesn’t generate the correct barcode the way it used to. In the past I type in what I want and the barcode gets generated. I test the barcode by scanning it to confirm it matches what I typed. Now when the barcode is generated and test scan it the barcode doesn’t match what I typed in. It’s not good fokes.",
