1. 4/5The app and my last visit

   First of all, I love my PCP, Dr. Christy Lynn Nohra. I always appreciate her honesty, integrity and bedside manner. My preference is to only see her as a provider whenever I have appointments at Baptist Clinic Clinton, MS. I the I really like the app, but I wish it would print out completely and correctly instead everything all over the place and offline. The print out looks very confusing to read especially since I usually need this documentation for different travel agencies. As far as my visit today. I felt degraded, as if I was interfering with the young lady, (RoShonda) at the front check-in desk who was on her phone. She was so rude, disrespectful and had a bad attitude. As a health care professional, I know that the job is rewarding, because you are actually helping others in need of care. Apparently, the way (RoShonda) spoke to me and looked at me up and down she is not interested in helping others. If you don’t like your job then find another one, because you, (RoShonda) are the first individual patients see and that is not a good impression for Baptist, any employer or the patient.

2. 5/55 Stars All the Way

   This app is convenient. It helps me communicate with my PCP, look at my chart, set appointments reminders, refill meds, find out about blood work, and so much more. My doctor is absolutely wonderful. He is empathetic and caring. He is extremely polite even when he doesn’t agree with some of my views (he is the professional) and explains to me in a way that is not condescending. His nurse and him have genuine concern for me. Through the app they figured out what I needed for my healthcare plan. I am now finally able to have a plan bc of the referrals he has sent. I finally know what is going on with my health by reading their notes after visits. I also like that the local specialists are in the same network, so they can see notes and other test results easily. My doctor is impressive, and my rheumatologist is as well. I read both of their notes easily. This year I dedicated it to bettering my health since I took so long to actually make it to my appointments, I stayed in bed for a year bc I overworked, and since I’ve met my Dr and used this app, my quality of life has improved drastically. The developers of this app did an amazing job. You can even sign other people out of the app in case your account is hacked. T-Mobile doesn’t even have that option and they are a tech company. Great job. And the doctors in this network are the best I’ve seen.

3. 3/5My migraine visit

   I had this awful migraine. Went had a visit with my doctor but at the end I didn’t get any result or solution. Dr Wong spend a few minutes with me, ordered some lab works then gave me 3 samples of a name brand drug UNTELVY that later found out there’s no insurance will cover it$130 per a pill. Well i went on to see if there’s more migraine or headache medication may got call into my pharmacy but it was nothing! The baptist app tells you about the results and some generic recommendations. Which basically tells me nothing! There are some information there but they are no different than the ones that I saw on line. I’m feeling like I’m all alone again.

   I am very happy with Fowler Cancer Center of Jonesboro!! Dr. Scroggin's and his team are the best in Jonesboro, my opinion!! They work very hard to help get rid of my Pancreatic Cancer!!! I’ve had 5 infusions, so far. I feel like it’s working in my favor, my #s are getting lower & lower!! Plus lots of prayers from Walnut Street Baptist Church, my Sunday school class, my senior citizens looking forward group, a family Church in Mountain View AR, and also my sister’s church, Friendly Hope Baptist Church in Jonesboro, and lots of family in Michigan!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The nurses in the infusion cubicles are as good as they get!! They go above and beyond and they are professional and kind hearted. I’ve never been so well taken care of in my life, except for my wife is an excellent care giver through all of this; she has to put up with a lot with me. Sometimes I’m not a very good patient!! Also the wonderful Christian ladies that come around with a cart giving snacks while you’re there for 5 or 6 hrs; very touching and kind!! Thank you for your snacks & kindness!! The only thing that would be better is to be rid of stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer altogether!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

   I have been using this app for years. Yesterday I started getting sinus problems, this morning I jumped on to check to see if I could get in for a sinus cocktail and my NP showed 1 opening at 1:45, I scooped it up. Ran a few errands and ended up in parking lot for an hour. I get in there and they tell me I do not have an appt. I assured them I did schedule. They proceeded to tell me the system has a glitch in it and if the slot you asked for isn’t avail it automatically takes you to the date it is available. My daughter has had 6 rounds of chemo & a double mastectomy and getting ready for more surgery and more chemo, I am her person for all this and we have an appt Mon. So this was an emergency for me but even though it was not my fault they refused to even ask my pcp if I could get the shots. It would have taken 2 mins. I am SO over the medical field and it’s ego. What happened to compassion for your patients? It’s all about control and the almighty dollar. I will be looking for a doctor that is not associated with Baptist. I am a retired paramedic who actually worked before 2020 and since 2020 the whole medical field has gone to the dogs.
