1/5Most trouble I’ve ever had with an electric company
Awful service and terrible app. I’m forced to pay by phone and my job requires me to be gone for months on end with no cell service.

The app is terrible. It want let me log in at all. I have tried to change password. It gives me an error message saying can’t communicate with server. However it will retrieve my email. But want let me pay on line.

Reinstalled app in March/2025 and it still doesn’t work. You can’t login. Back to using the browser.
