"title": "The Counting Portion is Disappointing",
"body": "I paid for the full set because my 18mo son absolutely loves the game. He wants to play every morning. The graphics are beautiful, the music isn’t annoying even with it playing repeatedly, but I was sorely disappointed by the counting section. In the pictures, it shows multiple apples, so I figured it would have multiple of one thing that the child would be counting as they placed the pictures in the slots. The counting level actually consists of just random pictures totaled up to the number, which a toddler will not easily differentiate from following the alphabet section. Please consider changing this, as I feel awfully mislead.",

"body": "App is great but I had to pay twice once I signed in to my other device never unlocked even tho it said it was free. Update Apple refund me the second charged, but developers should be able to fix this issue no way I’ll pay for the same app in the different device with the same Apple ID, you also can not do family sharing. App itself is good!",

"body": "Great and stimulating game for my two y/o. Paid to unlock the full game and was able to initially unlock without issue. After a day, the app stoped producing audio (I’m a computer technician for apple, so I performed all the troubleshooting steps I would normally do for any other customer) to no success. Once I deleted and reinstalled the app, I was no longer able to restore my purchases on any of my devices (even though it clearly states my restore was successful). Attempted to contact the developer, but he doesn’t have a contact email on his website... just a Russian phone number and address. Developer, if you actually read your reviews, please get in touch with your customers and provide a contact email in your website. You make great games but your customer service options are horrible. I’ll also be submitting an escalation directly with AppleCare in order to receive a refund.",

"body": "This game is very cute and my grandson loves it. I bought all of the games and only the first 2 will would open. There were no responses to requests for help, until after I figured out how to get the restore to work. Be aware that you will need to read all of the reviews to learn what to do. Also notice the developer has seen endless requests about the same problem and yet does nothing to fix the site or augment directions. I only heard from the developer today only after I was finally able to make it work. No apology, no offer to refund the 3 purchases, instead of 1, to fix it. My grandson loves the game, otherwise would not have gone to all of this trouble. So, developer, I have updated my review for you. Please learn some customer service skills, and quit over-charging! And maybe apologize.",

"title": "Purchasing is a game in itself!!",
"body": "After you tap on one of the unavailable tiles you get to the screen where you would expect to be offered the option to purchase, and you are presented with nothing. However, for whatever reason, the option is the on the screen but it’s invisible. What I did was to try tapping everywhere on the screen so see if maybe that was the case and it turns out it was. I believe for me it was somewhere around the middle, but if that doesn’t with for you, you may just want to try random places. So weird. Good luck and cheers!",
