   I went traveling overseas to Brazil and had local flights within my trip. Arrived in São Paulo (VCP), coming from Orlando (MCO), and was ready to catch a flight from São Paulo (CGH) to Curitiba, the day after. I tried to make my check in on the app in the morning, 90 minutes prior to the flight. The app showed no available seats, all of them were showing blocked which I found weird. Tried to call several times and spoke to a computer with no success. Headed to the airport arriving 45min before the flight when I learnt that tge flight was closed (local rules are 30min before flight). Then I realized that the flight was overbooked. I had to buy another ticket and wait over 5hs for my flight. Very bad customer service and an awful traveling experience.

2. 4/5Great airline but app needs improvement

   I am American and have flown Azul before. I was very pleased with my travel experience and appreciate that there’s no hidden seat selection fees like other airlines. The site could be upgraded for foreign users. It did not have options to properly enter my address or phone number so hopefully it all works out!

3. 1/5Horrible Experience

   We bought the tickets eight months ago. Our seats been changed three times without let us know we pay more for the extra plus Azul they change airplanes never told us move us to the regular economic class. We spent two hours with customer service paid for an upgrade for the prime seats today when we went to check in, they move us back to the economic class without letting us know. I spend another hour contacting customer service. They told us they didn’t know what happened to the prime class to just go tomorrow to the airport and try upgrade or get my money back.

   The app is poor and I’ve had since aleays issues checking in, I have issues when purchasing with agency and also direct on Azul website, the payment is not accepted because the card is a foreign, I have to contact Azul which it isn’t easy and at the end always have to be redirected to the cashier at the airport which is very annoying and I always keep hearing the same “ We are working on the app” like years!

5. 1/5You owe us time and money

   Azul is a scam, they made us take a new flight with an 8 hour layover in São Paulo when we made reservations months ahead to avoid such a long lay over. They clearly had later flights with over 30 open seats yet they declined to accommodate us on any other flight. They are liars and thieves and all personnel were rude and unwilling to help. They clearly sold out seats to someone willing to pay more which is illegal. They are full on liars and should be taken to court and found guilty in front of a judge. Shame on you Azul!!!

   Não reconhece a troca de senha. Não consigo acessar minha conta. Na área de confirmar check-in, como visitante, existe uma frase imperativa (selecione..., ok) com ponto de interrogação no final! Hā?! Parece que essa falta de cuidado com o português se estendeu à arquitetura do app.

   Tive que baixar o app porque o site gera cartao de embarque errado. O app nao gera PDF do cartao de embarque, só um link do Google Play quando a opçao "compartilhar é usada". Ou seja, quer te forçar a usar outro app pra acessar o cartao. Dica: Baixe o app, não forneça permissoes para o app acessar nada no seu celular, entre sem conta, procure pela sua reserva, abra o cartao de embarque, faça um screenshot, desinstale o app pq nao serve pra nada alem de coletar informacoes desnecessarias.

   Tenho o status chamado "Diamante," por ter voado com Azul bastante durante anos. Mas, mais uma vez, isso nao contou para nada quando chegou a hora de fazer o check-in online. Comprando a passagem, escolhi meu assento de janela (2A). Mas na hora de fazer o check-in, vi que a companhia me deixou sem assento marcado, e tive q aceitar um assunto de meio: 4E. Com a Azul, sempre tem sorpresa irritante de última hora.
