1. 5/5Used to be good, now it’s useless.

   I used to love this app. But since the most recent update it went downhill. Before I used to go match in a selected country (usually India) and within seconds I would be connected with someone. Now when I go match, it takes forever! Sometimes more than 5 minutes before I’m connected with someone. Most times I’m not connected with anyone at all. I’m paying the monthly subscription fee, but for the past week it’s been for nothing. I’m about to cancel my subscription and delete this app for good. Waste of money now

2. 1/5I guess crime is legal on Azar?

   Very first video chat I had with someone was a woman who said I, a trans woman, are men who need to die. Be an ignorant bigot all you’d like but telling someone they should die is against the law and likely against community standards as well. But when I reported this vile goblin, an automated system immediately responded saying no action was taken as nothing wrong was done. I appealed the decision and I’m awaiting a response but I thought I should let everyone be aware. This app is not safe and can easily damage your mental health knowing no consequences will happen for the vile people who encourage trans suicide. I am looking to outside sources to see if I can get this person charged because telling someone they should go die is against the law and quite frankly I’m tired of letting it slide as if it’s nothing. It’s very traumatic to be told you should go die simply for being yourself and trying to share your good vibes with other others. Hoping the developers take this concern more seriously because it is now a legal matter. All the little kindness messages on the app feel so forced and fake knowing they don’t actually take reports seriously at all. They think their AI automated system will just handle everything for them so they don’t have to address real people with real concerns. Garbage app.

3. 2/5Weird app and bad customer service.

   I’ve been using the app for almost a year and half now and got suspended for absolutely NO REASON. , contacted them and said it must a reason for that suspension, this week my app screen looks a bit weird, can’t start a live or access to who’s live so all livestream buttons disappeared from the screen, deleted the app few times and downloaded again but problem not fixed yet !!! Contacted them still haven’t heard back from them for almost 3 days now , help button saying we don’t have an answer for your question!!! , also all old messages with friends disappeared!!! , my couple friends got suspended for 10 YEARS for showing cats food for about 10 seconds on his live !!! How can I trust an app like this ??? If you do any purchase from this app it’ll be gone ,people entering lives anonymously and you can’t see them at all , THIS APP IS NOT SECURED , someone showed me what he recorded on my live while he joined my live anonymous and I didn’t see him at all , also people are changing theirs flags after paying a certain amount for money !!! I think it’s time to delete this app permanently, almost all smart people that I knew left this app , again DONT TRUST THIS APP !!!!!!! .

4. 1/5The worst app ever

   Hello there.. I've been using Azar since 4 years now. The app was good but they made it the worst and the most stealing money app out there. The system is literally made to steal the customers and I will explain how. First, the charge of the other countries thats not open was 900gems and now its 1300gems. If you choose the gender before it was 8gems per swipe and it went up to 13 then 17 then now 24 PER swipe!!!! Second thing, and this is the most annoying part. Like literally every time I pay to choose the country and the gender I get something different. Like many many time happens to me that I get different country and different gender. However, when return the country to the balanced and I put the gender the same of what I want they get me the country that I was choosing!!!! Also, when I dont change the country but I change the gender to both they give me the gender I was asking for. So basically why would I actually pay for something I wont get??? And if you telling me why am i paying for things that happing to me for free? I will tell you that I swear that when I have 0 gems i get the gender that I dont want and the country that i never choose before. Also final thing, A HUGE number of scammers out there to waste your gems.. like i get a lot from a specific country and its just someone mouth smile and the first second they skip like i can definitely get that they are scams. I am really really upset with the developers of the app. It doesn’t make sense to make the app work like this besides the idea that you want to waste and actually steal the customers money. I hope my review get shared or at least get some attention from the people who work in the app.

5. 1/5Don’t USE this App (total RIP-OFF)

   So basically this app is created to rip-off people. That’s it. You select a specific country or region and if they can’t find a match they quickly find you a match in a different place and before you have a chance to react the other user hits “skip” and you just got charged $0.10 (USD). It might not seem much, but they charge you $10 to choose a specific country and now on top of it you are paying $0.10 (USD). But it’s not actually for a match. If someone skips you in 3 seconds, you’ll still get charged. Oh and there are soooo MANY bots. You think you are getting matched with a person, but it’s actually a bot and you get charged. TOTAL ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF. So in one hour you can easily go through $10 and not even talk to anyone. On top of that I was sitting in my shorts and they suspended my account for “nudity,” pretty much a few minutes after I had paid $10 to be able to pick a specific region. This is the worst SCAM app there is. DO NOT WASTE YOYR MONEY HERE.
