I really enjoyed the new way to see the doctor in case there wasn’t any available appointments in person. I recommend this for small cases like a cough or slight symptoms. Anything else one would have to go to the ER.. I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely do again if needed. The doctor was very nice and courteous.

I got this app at the request of my doctor’s office. However, we will never use this app again. Apparently my doctor also hates this app but her office is pushing this app to their patients. After many frustrating attempts to connect to each other, she told us to use another teleconference platform as a plan b, which worked like a charm. We offered to try another attempt using this service but my doctor had given up on this app and was just done. She refused to use this again and immediately told us about the other platform. THAT’S how bad it is to use this app.

Shannon Harding your the best. I couldn’t go on with life without you to tell you the truth you have stood by my side listen to me complain and cried, laughed, gave me some really good advice. you never criticize me you never blamed me you never made me feel like it was my fault. And if it was you put it into words that would make sense to me so I would understand things better. You would give me good referrals when you couldn’t help me and I thank you for that you’re the best and so are the staff member. Thank you to all of you. 🥰😀😊 Melanie

5/5Virtual visit
I loved the visit. I was in the comfort of my own home. Dr Kupersmith made the visit very thorough. I don’t suggest this for anyone who is not feeling well or has symptoms you should see the dr in person because he has the tools that could help you or go right to the emergency room otherwise this is a good method to discuss what you are feeling in the privacy of your own home. But once again please do not use this in place of a need for a dr or hospital .

Our family doesn’t have words enough on what it has meant to see our dad and for my dad to have the ability to hear us, see us earlier when we had to leave him at the hospital by himself. Especially went he went into ICU. Given us hope, believe it gives dad hope to not only hear us but to hear how prayers are going up for him.
