A detailed artistic enhancement has been applied to the [ Infinity Soft light ] ultimate art style automatic filter - more detailed artistic adjustments based on whether there are people in the image: When there are no people in the picture, there are 5 types of soft light in art styles: 1~2: Realistic soft light 3~4: Dreamy soft light 5: Scenery soft light When there are people in the picture, each of the above 5 types of soft light has an additional option: whether to add studio lighting to each person's eyes. 1~4: Realistic soft light 5~8: Portrait dreamy soft light 9~10: Scenery (while considering portrait) soft light 2. The main part of AutoFilter has been completely restructured: The previous version [ Infinite Soft light ] required 3 to 4 seconds for each soft light processing of larger photos. Although it fully utilized the computing power of the CPU: various native acceleration methods, parallel computing, and memory chunking technologies, the time still felt too long (although it saves an unknown amount of time and effort compared to the skin smoothing in PS). After more than a month, immersed in many cups of coffee and various guitar music, we adopted iOS underlying technology to directly drive GPU for image computation, while the logical calculations were handled by the CPU, along with various accelerations and parallel processing. The speed increased by dozens of times. Because more artistic details have been added (each additional detail processing doubles the time cost). Currently, the most time-consuming [ Infinite Soft light ] processes a large image in about 1 second per operation, achieving a near-instantaneous result. For small or compressed images, results can be obtained instantly. Art and speed are prioritized, with art being ensured first. Fast speed is also a kind of extreme artistic feeling, which is a relentless pursuit. Of course, the difficulty of developing using the underlying iOS technology has increased a lot. 3. Using underlying technology, the image display function has been reconstructed: now the magnification of images is scaled based on the midpoint of the pinching two fingers. This time, a super large magnification factor has been given to the image scaling, and the operation is particularly fast, free, and intuitive (at any time, tap the screen twice, and the image will automatically return to full screen mode).

One bug fixed note: The first time I encountered this situation: the real machine was tested repeatedly and it was fine, but after completing the listing process, I found that [Infinite Soft Light] would cause AutoFilter to crash (other functions are normal). After repeated investigations, I finally found a small operation that generally does not cause a flashback: a memory occupation operation is not released in time. After solving this problem, the memory of the general larger picture occupies about 150M normally, and the calculation dynamically rises to about 500M with one click, and the memory occupation is released immediately after the effect processing is completed to about 150M. It is difficult to completely avoid bugs in software engineering, we will try our best to find and notify everyone as soon as possible, and at the same time quickly fix the bug and put it back on the shelf (re-review and other have to take extra trouble to review and spend extra time, and we will pay more attention to the test of memory occupation and release before putting it on the shelf in the future).

We thought that it had successfully been fixed without a doubt, and after thorough tests on real devices, We uploaded the update process; yet, during updating and usage, it still crashed. This is the first time encountering such a situation. For now, [ Infinity Soft light ] will revert to the previous stable version, and careful adjustments have been made again, as seen in the screenshot: these are the results of the image processing section of [ Infinity Soft light ] after careful tuning. Of course, the hardcore technology development for the function of adding or not adding studio lighting for people's eyes cannot be realized for the time being (efforts will continue to utilize hardcore technology as soon as possible). 2.
