   I haven’t shopped for a vehicle in some time because I was scared of the rate I would get. After being with Capital One for a couple of years as a cardholder, I received an invitation to apply for pre qualification. I was prequalified and I got so excited. So many options and participating dealers were shown when I started shopping for my dream car. After finding the vehicle I wanted, I was so nervous because I just knew that there would be some sort of a hiccup at the dealership and I wouldn’t be able to get my car so I frantically searched all over the internet for reviews and all of them seemed legit about using this service. When I arrived at the dealership, I showed my sales person the deal I had pre made and he took it to his sales manager and they agreed to the terms right there on the spot. But then of course there is the hard credit pull. I got nervous again. Boom! Approved!!! I couldn’t believe this was happening. 2 hours later I was driving away with a brand new convertible at a low interest rate all thanks to this app. The pre qualification is real! The rates are real!!! It works! Just double check your deal the day you go in because you might get a better price on the car. Also, don’t forget to add a little extra for tax title and license. That can make a little difference in your payment. After the deal was signed, I was still nervous that I would get a call that my loan was being declined after having the car for a few days but no call came. Today I checked and my loan is showing up on my capital one app. All done! I can enjoy my car now with no worries. Thank you for existing Capital One!!!! If you are good to Capital One, they will be good to you. I am living proof!!!!

   The app is responsive and easy to navigate no issues with it. My desire to review and high rating however, is the service as a whole. I knew I wanted an affordable pickup, and wanted to spend less than $300 a month for 60 months. That was it. I selected body style, my finance terms, and let it rip. I was blown away with the number of options locally. After looking at a few I realized I could be a bit more selective and was able to narrow down all the features I wanted which left me with a much smaller but more tailored list of about 10 vehicles. The amount of dealer partners in the Twin Cities metro area is very impressive, I found the perfect truck for me, and when all was said and done I got a better price and rate than what was in the app. Knowing exactly why I’m going in to look at and test drive, having the pre-approval, and the confidence in the process that if there are any surprise numbers that don’t match what I went in there with I turn around and walk away removed a ton of the typical anxiety that comes with car buying. Can’t recommend giving this a go enough. Also very impressed with the low interest rates on used vehicles?! Obviously everyone’s credit is different, but mines been high 600s for a very long time and every time I’ve tried to get financing for used vehicles in the past it’s been 11+% but my current rate is 6.9%, and the pre-approval was for 10. Maybe I’ve just gone to the wrong dealers in the past, or maybe banks are just more competitive with used vehicles in the present? Either way if you’re looking for a used car and want to finance TRY THIS!! The ability to filter by vehicles with financing terms available only is exactly what I’ve always wanted!

   This app was a god send. I could be prepared ahead of time what kind of vehicle would fit my budget based on expected APR and estimated monthly payment. Once I selected a vehicle I went to go test drive and decided to purchase. I already had a loan through my credit union but decided to ask the dealer if they could offer me anything better. I don’t have horrible credit but I am working on it. Once I mentioned to the sales rep at the dealer I was also pre approved through Capital One he smiled and said “let’s see!”. NOT only did Capital One save me money compared to the dealer financing but ALSO though my own credit union! Capital One offered me 5% less APR than even my credit union could. Such an easy and seamless buying experience. I can even make my car payment right through my Capital One app. Thank you Capital One!

   I like the app, it works very well. I have been looking for a car and came across this app by the way of AI recommendation for low credit approval options. The filtering and sorting of my options I am looking for is simple and easy here on this app. The single recommendation I have, is being more specific on the engine option the vehicle has. For example, one vehicle may be a 3.5 liter V6, but one version of the engine is twin turbo, the other is naturally aspirated. Consider listing the full engine information, or simply adding a filter for Naturally Aspirated or Forced induction, so that people have an easier time seeing the exact vehicle they are looking for.

5. 5/5Best way to buy a car!

   I had not so great credit wasn’t getting approved for auto loans below 11% got pre approved and found the car I wanted. Called customer service before I went to the auto place to have everything solid. Went to buy the car, the dealer told me it was sopposed to be $71 more dollars than what capital one had said. I called cap 1 customer service back from the dealership and put them on speaker. Suddenly the dealership changed their mind and was ok with my price and payment. Dealers will always try to get money out of you. They will do it in finance. I ended up getting a loan for 6% thru capital one!
