"body": "I recently switched to a new iPhone 16e (from iPhone 13). This Authenticator App is nonfunctional on my new phone. I am not able to Login; I repeatedly received an error message. When I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I got a message asking if I wanted to Cancel my subscription---so clearly the app \"knows” that I have a current subscription. I have reinstalled the app and continue getting the same error message. I have the latest operating system on my iphone 16e: iOS 18.5. And this app is the newest version since I just deleted and reinstalled. I am not using VPN. The date and time on my phone are correct. I have a subscription that does not expire until May 7, 2026. (I recently paid almost $40 for a year's subscription, and I can't get my money back.) I have sent an email to this app’s Help desk—have not yet received a Reply. Currently, I am a very unhappy customer.",

I feel confident that my student loan log-in and any passwords or number combinations that I associate with this account are safe and protected. Any stress associated with my account has been alleviated. I also feel that my privacy and any concerns regarding my federal student loan are no longer an issue.
