"body": "It keeps a good record of the seizures. However, after installing the latest version, my caregiver isn’t notified of when a seizure occurs. Yes, we have tested and retested. Each of us have accepted each other’s usernames, yet the issue still remains. No communication between either party! I like the app but I feel as if I may need to search elsewhere? Any suggestions?",

"body": "I’m trying to set up the app for my 12 year old daughter but the app won’t allow her to sign up with her iCloud account. I have the app on my phone and am signed up as a caregiver under my iCloud. I also have the app on her iWATCH and iPod as a patient. The app works as far as the alert but I’m not receiving any notifications on my phone as a caregivers. The main reason we wanted the app was to be notified.",
