Hello, I do enjoy the app. Works well and serves its purpose. I would like if it was easier to get to the book purchasing website. Currently there is no link to get to the library to buy more books from within the app and I have to remember this apps name (very similar to other book purchasing websites) and go to the web browser app and search online. Makes it challenging when someone is having a conversation with you and recommending a book, and you’ve got to toggle around to try to find it and hold conversation. Or maybe add a wishlist area right in the app. Would help prompt more sales too if procuring was easier. Also, in some books (Celestine prophecy) it does not automatically go to the next chapter. I listen to the books while driving and find it frustrating to try to change chapters while driving. But overall the audio quality is good, I enjoy I do not have to “wait for buffering” and it just downloads them all. I go in and out of service so I appreciate this greatly. Thanks for the app! Look forward to seeing if these bugs get fixed.

2/5new audiobook player needs help
please fix this device ... has a lot of great features if only it didn’t take so long to load and didn’t crash every time i switch to another page like to text or answer the phone ... then sometimes it still doesn’t load properly and have to shut it down ad start over ... and wait ... and wait ... i have deleted it and reloaded it and it still doesn’t work as effectively as it should 😔 now the bookmarked pages aren’t numbered just shows “Chapter...” and the latest bookmark isn’t always at the top of the list where it belongs but randomly ends up at the bottom ... i have a new phone so it loads faster but will NOT stay open in the background if i go to another app ... very buggy ...

I downloaded the app and bought one audiobook and started a subscription. Everything was fine until I wanted to unsubscribe but didn’t know how so asked them to help. I got a message saying my account was deactivated, and when I tried to find the book I had just bought it wasn’t there since they disabled my whole account. I’ve also still been getting charged even after it was deactivated. I tried contacting them and never got a response. Very unhappy and frustrated overall. Would not recommend. Edit: they have still not responded to my emails and I have been charged again this month even though I deleted my only account I’ve made. Edit: they have still not cancelled my account and I have been charged multiple times. I will now have to cancel my debit card because not one person has helped me and I’m beyond frustrated at this time. I’ve tried to get in contact with someone but have continuously been ignored. Complete waste of money they will scam you.

Wasn’t even going to write a review until I tried listening to my first book. Off the bat already not enjoying the UI, but literally the very thing that happens when I try to listen to my book though, is it feeds me an ad. Not just any ad, an ad for the program I’m currently using… telling me how to buy more books, from the website I just bought this book from.. I would expect this from a free mobile game, but I seriously just paid your company $30 for an audiobook, and you’re not even going to let me listen to the book I supposedly own? I’ve got to hear you jerk off your own service first? Had I not already spent money, I wouldn’t be using the app at all, certainly won’t be using it past the runtime of this book. Overall, awesome way to show customers you care about their experience: immediately ask them for more money.

1/5Flex pass membership and listening options
I just purchased a single audio book on my laptop to listen to, and discovered after that the download feature is not available and the app is not compatible with laptops. Given the reviews of the phone app I was disappointed to learn that I had to download and deal with poor software. I also learned through another reviewer that audiobook store auto signs you up for the flex pass membership and is not remotely concerned with the ethical implications of how they do this. Luckily because of another reviewer I was able to quickly cancel my subscription, but would not have even known I was paying for it had I not looked into it. Overall this is a disappointment and I encourage anyone considering it to use one of the many higher quality audiobook stores or apps available.
