  1. 3/5Operations Manager

App need to add a voice recognition to accelerate the process! Inventory is super important but time on this business is money.

  2. 1/5mover

Have to constantly back out of inventory to select new piece and room, forces you to use # locations first then allowed to use 3 damage descriptions. Doesn't allow you to list the make and model such as a Kirby vacuum or presswood desk. No option to put in serial numbers or describe colors of sofas as in white and black micro-suede sofa. Furniture listings are set up like a cube sheet with items that are seldom hauled such as hot tubs, pool tables. If packers inventory prior to driver's arrival, how does he/she get the cp inventory? With the current app It will take a driver all day to inventory with the amount of time spent switching back and forth, not sure the customers will love being there for 2 days waiting for the driver to inventory their shipment. There is too much involved trying to inventory one piece and fustrating to use, I can handwrite 7 items to 1 by the time I select the piece of furniture scrolling through the list and saving. unrealistic program that has potential but needs to be more user friendly. Leave out the rooms, the lists of furniture/household, let the user write in the item with auto- spell allow pieces to inventory one after another without the switching back and saving constantly. Shorten damages description the scratched to SC and back to numbers for locations, no wheels. This app is more time consuming and complicated than it has to be.

Wake up everyone this is the new way to go. Did anyone thing texting would catch on? Neat, clean, and professional, isn't that what we do? Thanks to the buckeye that came up with this. Go blue!

  4. 1/5O/o Atlas

The current version I downloaded in mid December was so buggy it was unusable. Contacted IGC multiple times and was told they know but have no fix. Contacted the head man and was told he'd work on it and call back in a week. He didn't. I reached out. He said he would call the next day. He didn't. Been without the app going on two months now.
