1. 5/5Fabulous Boys

   App has a few issues. 1) Goes to live broadcast and won’t let you get out, you can’t watch some of the other good shows they have. 2) they go in and out of English captions. Don’t let check and turn English captions on. Going forward or backwards doesn’t help. Gets a bit fuzzy for a bit when I do this takes a bit to refocus. They do have some good shows, that isn’t on any of the other subscriptions I have , but the app isn’t user friendly.! Needs to work on these points. I have four other apps I subscribe to, this is the only one with these issues.

2. 1/5Needs serious work

   First, let me start by saying that this has some of the best shows and movies out there. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing about this app. It crashes constantly, it will randomly drop the picture while allowing the soundtrack to play or the app will close out completely. You can not fast forward or rewind without crashing the app. It does not save your place either and forget about saving yourself a “watch list.” To make things worse, if you pay to remove the ads, the app will work slightly better until out of no where, you can no longer log into your account. It will claim that you are not a registered user. Then if you want to contact anyone, you can only contact them through e-mail and you can forget about them ever responding. I know because I went through this. I had to contact my credit card company to cancel the subscription. I desperately want to watch some of the things that are on here but it is pointless without a subscription, yet I do not want to go through the hassle again. Yet, this poorly designed app has a monopoly on some amazing content! If the app ran smoothly and if you could actually contact customer support, it would be a 5 star app.

3. 2/5Feedbacks on content and platform improvements

   I wanted to share some feedback on ways to improve the platform and retain more subscribers. One major issue is the lack of newer, ongoing dramas. If more fresh content were available, I would have been more likely to stay. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t include the latest shows, especially when free sites offer them without a subscription. Additionally, limiting online viewing to just the app is inconvenient. Subscribers should be able to watch directly on the website for more flexibility. Improving streaming quality, speeding up episode releases, and enhancing the user experience with better navigation and recommendations would also make the platform more appealing. Engaging more with users—through polls, title requests, and better subscription perks—could also help retain subscribers. I hope you’ll consider these suggestions, as I believe they could make a big difference

4. 2/5Very hard to work with

   I love the concept of getting shows from places you normally couldn’t get them from but I’m mad at how broken this is. First of all there are like 5 ad breaks with 4 ads every break. About half are 15 seconds the other half 30. That’s 90 seconds per ad break times 5 is 450 seconds or about 7 and a half minutes. To take into account Ill compare this to another non huge app called crunchy roll which has 10 to 20 second ads 3 times. About 40 seconds each time and times 3 is 120. This would ad up since I’m comparing 20 minuet episodes to movies but the loading time for ads is abnormal. Basically I wait 5 minutes for one ad to load that’s 20 ads times 5 which is 100 minutes of wait I have to not watch my show for over a hour for this problem. I know it’s not my WiFi cause I use other apps just fine with zero delay. It’s just this problem and I’ll give it 5 stars.

5. 1/5Needs Improvement

   I first start to use the free version, but having the same comercial playing 3/4 times for each segment of 5 min start to drive me crazy. Also no forward or skip button option. No way to save a show or even to continuo watch it after you close the app. That means you need to work yourself to find the scene that you last stop. Anyway I decide to upgrade hoping that those features would be available for a paid subscription. WRONG!! It’s just the same minus commercial. I totally don’t mind paying if least would open my show from where I stopped watching. A forward button it’s a most because many times I need to use it to read the subtile when it goes to fast. And yes, a skip button for all that boring scene and off-course a option to favorite a show. Lets not even talk about that there’s no option to leave feedback for the watched shows. Yep, not happy and I will cancel my subscription.
