  1. 5/5A Powerful Workout Tracker with a Small Glitch

This fitness app has quickly become an essential part of my workout routine. I love how it tracks each of my sessions and logs them for historical reference. One of the standout features is the body diagram that highlights which muscle groups I’ve hit during the week. It's a great visual way to see where I’ve been focusing and where I need more work. Additionally, the app shows the total volume of weight I’ve lifted, making it easy to track how much I've progressed over time. The data doesn’t stop there—it also breaks down the percentage of body and muscle groups that I tend to hit the most, which is a great way to balance my workouts. Another thing that keeps me engaged is how the app calculates and tracks my XP, leveling me up based on my efforts. While it doesn’t necessarily affect my workouts, it’s a fun motivator that tricks my brain into staying consistent—like earning daily points in a game. However, the one drawback I’ve found is that if the app closes or restarts unexpectedly, it prompts me to either resume or end the workout. If I choose "end the workout," that session won’t get logged. I’ve learned to hit "resume" and then immediately end the workout to ensure it gets recorded, but that extra step can be annoying. Despite that small issue, I find this app incredibly motivating. It offers the right balance of data-driven insights, visual tools, and gamified rewards to keep me pushing toward my fitness goals.

  2. 5/5Amazing App

I’ve been using this app to track my workouts for the past couple of months, and it’s quickly become a big part of my fitness routine. Everything about it is just so easy to use, from logging each exercise to navigating the app itself. I’ve also found that the trophies, levels, and other little rewards really help keep me motivated. Every time I hit a new level or earn a trophy, it gives me that extra push to stay consistent and aim for even better results. One thing I love is how detailed the app gets with your progress. It lets you see how many workouts you’ve done, check out your stats, and even break down how your muscles are being worked over time, which is super cool. Plus, the feature that lets you plan your workouts in advance has been a game-changer for me. It’s so convenient to have everything organized and ready to go, helping me stay on track with my goals. And on top of all that, there’s a great community on the app that makes the whole experience even better. Sharing progress and seeing others’ achievements adds a fun, social aspect to my fitness journey. Overall, I really love this app, and I know I’ll be sticking with it for the long haul.

  3. 5/5Honest Review

For those thinking about getting this app: This app is an absolute amazing tool, the functionality of it and the ability to even see your progression over time for a particular exercise…. this takes almost EVERYTHING that I used to keep track of myself and puts it in a nice format that is easy to read. I also like how it shows your total volume lifted, that’s a neat little feature and there a loads more that are just cool to see the number increase. The diagram showing muscle groups worked over time is AWESOME and actually really helpful to see any particular muscle groups I may be unintentionally neglecting. Just a heads up it can be a little confusing to use the first couple times of using it but honestly after like a week and half it becomes second nature. The UI could definitely use some work but it is not terrible by any means necessary and really you can tell that this is a new app…its bound to have some small issues. I have not noticed a SINGLE glitch which is something that makes me delete apps asap if they are prone to glitch out, not a single one so far from this app. This is the first app review I have ever left but this app has been so beneficial to me and the potential is so great I just had to leave one. The only “improvements” I could see are some updates to the UI, the ability to have a workout pre saved that way you don’t have to put in a singular exercise everytime. Just having a “save this workout” feature that you can then use the next time it comes around would be awesome.

  4. 5/5Love this app

FOR THE CUSTOMER: Given this app is still very early in its stages, this app is a gold mine for the gym community. I have already been advertising this to my friends as if I created it due to how long I’ve been waiting for something like this. If you are a long time gamer turned gym rat, you will love this apps creativity at utilizing an xp system and allowing you to unlock multiple different types of trophies. FOR THE DEVELOPER: PLEASE KEEP UPDATING THIS APP. I am having so much fun so far and I really need more updates involving content and more unlockables. I think this game would thrive if it stays to a more single player route. Due to it needing an honor system to follow, adding any sort of pvp aspect or even leaderboards would be useless due to the dishonesty of a few. If you guys made this game more intricate in its actual ‘game-like’ style by expanding on the xp and trophy system, I think this would explode. Nonetheless, thank you for making something so awesome

  5. 5/5Awesome app, just missing a few features.

As someone who already consistently works out, this app is awesome for keeping you motivated and helping you progress in the gym. I’ve just been using the free version and it works great. For any type of lifter, this app can keep you motivated and make the gym a little more fun. However, it is missing a few features that make it a little annoying to use. First, once you add exercises to your workout, you cannot reorder them. This can make it a little harder to do some on the fly workouts and makes them a little harder to track. Second, you cannot change your workout time. This does seem like a big deal until you forget to turn your workout off at the end, which i’ve do a few times, which can then affect your workout time stats. Other than these small quality of life things, this app is awesome.
