   When Todd left Channel 7, nothing was the same. I could not depend on their forecasts. So when Todd joined Channel 4, I was so thankful and happy, I won't change again unless he does! I live in Lonsdale, right at the edge of Hot Springs Village, and we get everything going over us cause our property is at the very corner of Garland and Saline Counties and minutes from Pulaski County. Thank you for being our lifeline, and a special thank you to Todd, I know I can depend on you!👍🏻

2. 1/5Landing page ad ruins effectiveness

   Tornado warning alerts and prompts for more information should NEVER be occluded by useless auto pandering to the gullible. A person using the ap that has family in tornado warned area and who serves as a vehicle for information to people in the tornado warned (or any other type of warning) should not have to wait on shameless plug to get to information that could be life saving just so the app customer, vendor, advertisers can profit!! It’s irrelevant that the app user is not physically in the specific area being warned. Suspend ads during warnings to improve this app, otherwise it’s a deterrent to use at critical times.

3. 1/5Inaccurate Alerts!

   The app is pretty good with good radar. Not happy about the ads every single video. The worst issue is that it consistently gives me emergency alerts for a far away county instead of my county. It has access to my location and is up to date. I have no way to contact the app support, since the email prompt leaves the recipient address empty! Having storm paranoia from a near fatal EF4, I do not need a panic attack for a far away county and to be left without warnings for my own county. I added this app exclusively because of Todd. Thankfully, I still have the more accurate and reliable KATV weather app for radar and Todd on FB when I’m awake.

4. 5/5Makes me feel safe

   This app gives me a sense of relief with the knowledge of what is happening in my area. I was hit by the tornado on march 31st of 2023 and that deeply affected my whole life but with the Arkansas Storm Team app I can know what is happening in real time and it puts me at peace that people know what’s happening and how to deal with it, and also they tell you how to deal with it in calming and simple way. The only thing I would say is that you guys should make more easily navigable tabs because half of the time when I get on this app it feels like a kind of jumbled mess of stuff, other than that though this app is amazing and once you have it just sit back and relax with the confidence that you can know what is going on.

5. 4/5Used to be good

   Lately this app has become unreliable. It opens to ads, then when you try to watch a video update, you get more ads. Then after all that, the video may or may not actually play. Scrolling down to look at the radar usually causes the screen to jump to either the blog page or the extended outlook, or of course sometimes more ads. Not terribly helpful, sadly.
