The app is finally becoming user friendly. The latest updates released in late 2025 have been awesome as far as an officials perspective goes. I can finally scroll the game/event page without it glitching every 10 seconds. The new features for accepting games and seeing who’s paid me is also a great change. Very pleased!

3/5Officials features are lacking
I use the app solely as an official, and up until about a month ago it was working fine and was a big step up from the old app. I am now no longer unable to view my schedule at all, and the app is almost useless. Edit: The developer reached out with some troubleshooting steps, and I am able to view my schedule. Will update if the issue persists in the future.

3/5Worse than ArbiterMobile App
The new Arbiter app is such a downgrade from the Arbiter mobile app that it replaced. The new app has poor visuals, which are way more difficult to see. They do not have the font size and colors that were important to make the previous app user-friendly. Please upgrade the visuals of this app to look similar to the orbital mobile app so we can use this app on the go and easily see our game assignments. Especially the blocks section is very difficult to see what associations you have blocked and not blocked so please upgrade that area.

1/5No email verification AGAIN!
When this bunch made the app years ago I didn’t need 2factor safety. They then added verification but once again it does not allow for email verification. I work at a level four prison with no cell phone access and can only check gmail from inside the walls so I miss updates to games and lose PTO because of this. It’s been two years developers, why no email along with texts for verification so I can sign in? I am trying to get my organization to move to a different service now. Poor planning for this update.

3/5Trouble linking bank information
I tried to make a transfer through the new app to my bank account and it was saying I needed to link my bank information. Nothing has changed in several years with my bank information. It wouldn’t even let me transfer through ArbiterSports website so thankfully I still had RefPay login information from years ago and had to make my transfer through RefPay site. Waiting for a school to pay so I can try another transfer through the app. If transfer works I love the new app if it doesn’t work NOT SO MUCH!
