   It was a very bad experience I bought a phone nine months ago 15 Pro Max It was a very bad experience About a month ago something strange happened in the phone's external speakers and I went to the store They replaced about 90% of the phone from the inside only I spoke to support more than once and they did not help me with anything. After I pay to buy this new phone and pay $1500 for it, they give me a phone with internal parts replaced, which reduces the price of my phone. I asked them to replace the phone even though it is under warranty and my father has the warranty too, but they did not hear anything. Very bad employees. After changing the internal parts. She gave me the phone. It's not my phone. Because I know my phone from the outside very well. When I told the employee that it's not my phone, she said, "No, it's your phone. We won't do anything to it except change some internal parts." And after a week, when I want to make a call, I can't hear who's talking to me. It's very weak. I want to turn on the external speakers so I can hear who's talking to me, and everyone around me can hear my call. This is very funny. The camera is also bad at night. I contacted support many times and they will not understand anything. They are very bad employees. In the store they are also bad in treatment. I will go to them next week also and they don't understand their treatment is very bad. Because I want to replace the phone when I give you the money I will not give you old money or money with replaced parts inside. I gave you the money intact give me a phone I don't want to carry a phone with internal parts. Changed. Even if it is under Apple warranty. I don't want that.

   This is a very helpful app, I love that all my devices are already loaded in there and that all other compatible products default to each when browsing, saving me time and headache. I love the option to save lists, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. Several times now I have made separate saved items lists only to find they’re completely gone when I return. How is it possible that the company that pioneered the use of the cloud doesn’t use the cloud to remember their customer’s saved items in their own app? Baffling. Other than that I love to see which third party products are featured in the app before I make my final decisions as in my opinion, having something that is endorsed by Apple gives me a little bit more peace of mind when making expensive tech purchases. The tab where you can explore what’s happening at the Apple stores near me, etc. is also a fantastic one, so I can learn more in depth info about my products.

3. 1/5Useless app and developers. Fixed reviews by staff and developers.

   I had auto download and update off, the new update forced mine and my wife’s phone to update after 3 days me telling it no. I smell a class action lawsuit. Forcing us to lock in with a cell phone carrier for 2-3 years per phone. We have a family business and have multiple phones, we are all having issues. I googled the same issues are wide spread. Every “new” update makes it worst. This Latest changes my settings and icons. It freezes all day long. I can’t uninstall the update. Even a set up new phone don’t help because it forces the latest “flawed” and zero day vulnerabilities in these apps. I’ve been a victim of identity theft 3 times already since I got these phones. Don’t tell me iPhones can’t get hacked. Give us the owners of the phone the option to not install or uninstall your useless “security” fixes. Every time you force us to update all that screws up our phone, which then forces us to buy a new phone just to turn around for you to screw it up. It’s a never ending scam. You’re useless. These phones ain’t worth the paperweight used for. You should be ashamed of yourself Apple should be shut down permanently. Goodbye.

   I’ve been using my iPhone 13, which is in perfect physical condition, but I constantly face serious performance and storage issues that make the phone nearly unusable at times. My storage is supposedly always full, despite regularly cleaning out my phone and paying for iCloud. I literally cannot have apps beyond the pre-installed ones because adding anything else can cause my phone to crash. These issues are not just inconvenient—they’re potentially dangerous. I often cannot text, FaceTime, or call reliably. My phone decides when it’s “okay” for me to send a message or make a call, and at times it simply won’t let me. Phone numbers, messages, and even entire apps disappear randomly. Apps crash constantly whenever I try to open them. Apple might argue this is because I haven’t updated my phone or that it’s “old,” but the truth is, my phone literally cannot always update due to the low storage issue. Updates require more space than I can ever free up, no matter how much I delete. Sometimes an update will temporarily improve things for a few days, but the issues always return. I’ve compared this with my boyfriend’s iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is also in perfect condition. He generally keeps his phone clean and updated, yet he still experiences occasional storage crashes and app issues, though not as frequently as mine. Even with newer models, these performance problems persist. Frankly, there’s no reason I should have to replace my iPhone every year just because Apple’s devices start crashing after a certain time. The experience has been extremely frustrating, and it raises concerns about reliability, safety, and the practicality of Apple’s software and storage management on older devices.

   The Apple Card and Apple Pay are confusing. Using email instead of text is Disgusting Whilst St., Journal said three years ago no one reads her email. I was at the Apple Store. I bought the iPhone online. It was confusing cause it said $40 for Verizon but then later I had to pay $40 to Verizon so now I’m looking for. The receipt because I originally ordered a yellow strap which turned out to be green so then I wanted the one that could be seen so I asked him for the red one, but then it was so terribly ugly with my green case that I went back to the yellow strap and now I need to figure out if they did it right because before I left, both straps were there and they gave one back and then I got to switch it back to the yellow green one but it was all super confusing not to mention that in Naperville, you have to go a half hour early to find a parking place. I found a parking place three blocks away and I had a two hour limit and I got out of the Apple Store only 10 minutes before that because the people they hire come there with no experience in someone train them so you know what that means
