3/5HOPING TO GET MORE OPTIONS…
The Cycle Tracking part of the app could use a few tweaks. First, while the list of symptoms is decent, the list is incomplete, and there’s no option to elaborate on ones already there, like “Sleep Changes.” This one could be separated into sleeping more than usual, trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, and even didn’t sleep at all. There’s also a difference between a headache and a migraine, so both should be included. “Mood Changes” is ridiculously generic, too, and needs to be further broken down. Symptoms can also help to track an individual’s specific menstruation cycle and even help predict upcoming potential PMS! Also, there’s nothing to help individuals with perimenopausal cycles. I noticed my own pattern of skipping cycles every so many months, but the app did not. Not everyone understands how it all works, so including information (like the specifics on what “Spotting” really is that was already included a while ago), only for users in perimenopause and wondering if they might be in full menopause yet would be extremely useful. Those who reach menopause early, or are just curious about what to expect might even find it helpful—including the fact that plenty of women can still experience phantom, menstrual cycle symptoms even after reaching menopause. Please, update this portion of the app to include more symptoms, a place to make personal notes, and to predict cycles that are becoming irregular periodically due to natural aging.

4/5Great App but Needs More Options for Logging Health Data
I started using this app about a month ago. So far it has accurately tracked my sleep, medications and other data. It linked to my health records and accurately links to my fitness app. I love that my information has been easy to input and that it’s all kept in one place. I see a cardiologist, a gastroenterologist, a primary physician, and sometimes the hospital. It’s very helpful to be able to accurately log details and data to share at my appointments across various providers. The only feature I would love to see is more detailed tracking. I have to keep a food journal and unfortunately a bathroom log. This is true for many people with GI issues and it would be awesome if there was a category or feature to be able to log this info within this app as well. Also, when I do have a time period where I’ve experienced a medical event that prevents me from reaching my fitness goals or that affects my daily habits it would be nice to be able to log that event so when I look back at my data I know why it was out of range for those days and I can accurately communicate to my various providers the dates, times, and details of those events without having to keep those notes in a separate form. I can only relate to the medical issues I have but I am sure there are other conditions out there that could benefit from more options of what to track and how to log medical procedures and events that affect our daily habits and routines. Overall this app has been very helpful and has great potential, I would recommend.

3/5Sleep needs work before advanced from beta
But it was. Update. It decides i am done sleeping when 1) i record that i took a scheduled medication but not an unscheduled one. (Update This happened recording with watch but not phone. ) 2) i open the BP section on the vitals section planning to record a blood pressure. 3) maybe there is more but it does make false assumptions so that the data is NOT “under your (my) control”. Last night it decided i was done sleeping when i checked my med list after midnight on the iphone to see a a bedtime pill had been taken yet. It produced a low sleep score on my watch about 00:17 and quit reporting sleep stages the rest of the night. Iphone gave me an ok sleep score in the morning but no stages after early am. Earlier days. Last 2 days it decided i was done sleeping when i took early am scheduled pills over an hour before time for alarm. AI is falsely assuming i’m done sleeping. Sometimes it’s right. Frequently it’s wrong. Maybe need to turn ai off for a few more years. Earlier days—I get up a bit after 4am and while i’m taking a Tylenol it announced my sleep score and had no idea of how much sleep I got the next 3 hours. Not everyone is young and heathy. I could share more such examples. Another time I walked 100 feet or so and took some pills before it decided that I would sleep no more for 2+ hours. The offer to turn off the alarm as I’m up seems more appropriate but sometimes a bit slow. I’d recommend that system be used to determine end of sleep. Good luck.

3/5What’s wrong with this app?
I walked over 10 miles yesterday the app says I walked 668 steps despite the activity app logging my miles. It says that I only stood for 2 hours, despite being on my feet all day at work! It says that I only burnt 41 calories and worked out for 6 minutes, the activity app disagrees! Closed all my rings. Please fix this! Ok so I have 2 phones, both have the same Apple ID one watch paired… Lately the health app isn’t showing my stats from the watch at all. The phones barely update all month! I’d like to add that I also purchased a Fitbit and paired to one of the phones, nothing shows up. And it’s not syncing any of my health information from the app (I.e. it will not update my cycle at all despite the health app having an accurate log of it). Please at least fix the issue where neither phone now sees data from my watch. So, I’ve been allowed to have my phone with me at work. Now I wear a watch and carry my phone in my hip pocket at all times. There is a huge difference between the activity app in my watch and the health app on my phone! How can I lose miles upon miles every single day? I was under the impression the phone must be at waist level or below… My hip pocket! So the phone somehow misses an average of 5 miles a day. I’ve come to the conclusion that my heart rate has to be up for either to really log exercise. Some days it will say I’ve climbed over 18 flights of stairs, when I have just gone down one, other days it will say one flight when I have gone over 20!

3/5I want to love it…
This app has a nice layout and spread of health factors to track. It’s helping me keep track of a number of health things in one place, which is convenient. I am very frustrated by the data entry itself. There are a lot of little automatic things that make life difficult such as: often something I enter about the end time of an activity changes the start time so I have to go enter it again. If I miss the change, the data ends up incorrect. Sometimes the data is incorrect in a way that impacts other data in the app. When I try to edit the data, the only thing to do is delete the whole entry. So, today, because I entered sleep at 10am instead of 10pm accidentally, it ended up linked to my previous days’ sleep. I can’t fix it without reentering yesterday and today. Frustrating. Being able to edit just a single part of the data is really key. Beyond that, to really love the app, I’d need it to be more customizable. When I log moods and feelings, the feelings I want are rarely there. I’d like to be able to add a customized type of exercise I do all the time. I’d like to be able to specify whether nutrients are food or supplements. It would be icing on the cake if I could just say which foods I’d eaten and have it track nutrients for me. It’s an app that I now use daily, and also wish I could be in charge of improving daily.
