Мало того, что часто на заправках не работает списание баллов, так ещё оказывается, что есть заправки Татнефть по франчайзингу, которые вообще не поддерживают программу лояльности. Причём заранее вы об этом не узнаете, потому что они используют логотип Татнефть, и никак не выделяются в приложении программы лояльности. Получается такое небольшое кидалово клиентов на баллы. P. S. “Адекватность\" клиентской службы Татнефти можно оценить по бестолковому ответу ниже",
