   6/10 math questions wrong. Compared to my partners app which was 10/10 . This app is to expensive and needs serious updates. My friends app allows them to see similar question so they can pick there question precise and get a more accurate answer. This app just act like it right when it’s not. I just paid for a yearly subscription and this thing is not even trust worthy. Better get some serious updates or this one is a flop.

   Well, the app is easy to use in. The AI is correct most of the time the app continuously gives me problems. It constantly logged me out and then when I try to log back in, it will say OK we will send you an email and I never get the email so basically logging into the mobile app is impossible. Also, it is very laggy. Sometimes I will take an image and I won’t give me an answer for almost 3 to 4 minutes and then another time it’ll give me an answer within 10 seconds. There are definitely better apps and the membership is almost $20 a month and their other apps that are only $10

   The App really didn’t work for me and when I reached out to cancel they refused to help me. They said they can’t cancel it from them and direct me to other places which says it has to be done from their end!!! They’ve been charging me for months so I’m going to report to BBB because this is not right!!! You are ripping off Customers. You can cancel out your membership’s but choose not to help Students!!! This is unacceptable As I have previously advised Apple said it’s not through them it was through your website purchased and processed. They have nothing to do with it to be able to CANCEL!!!

   Subscription does not cross over to laptop or other devices when purchased through the mobile app. Doesn’t create user profile that will log you back in, instead it takes you back to purchasing the free trial and won’t allow sign in. Other attempts to log in through a laptop only take you back to the bundle package purchase subscription page. Not worth the money at all. Will take your money but won’t apply purchased pro subscriptions, keeps user only using what’s accessible to free trial users. Worst experience.

   If you’re thinking about using this app, don’t. This app feels like a complete scam. They charge you without sending any email confirmation or transaction bill. When you try to cancel, they make the process intentionally confusing. The “Cancel” button is tiny and looks like normal text, while the big, highlighted “View” option tricks you into clicking it—which ends up switching you to a yearly plan costing almost $150. Even if you cancel the subscription and delete your account immediately after realizing the mistake, they still charge you. When I contacted support, this is the response I got: “We appreciate you reaching out to Coursology Support. Upon checking, you have successfully changed your plan to the yearly plan before cancelling and deleting the account. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in accordance with Section 7 of our Terms of Use.” So basically—good luck if you want to give them free money. Their system is designed to mislead users and make canceling as difficult as possible. I’m sharing this so others don’t fall for the same trap
