They said there’s warranty for the product When I call them they keep promising tomorrow and the day after.. The no one solve the problem and they block my phone number

Please imprve your online service. Very Bad Service..Every time i place order they cannot deliver on time. 1st experience i order a perfume and it says it will be deliver after 2 days. Only for perfume, 2nd for grocery items..it has a time slot of 10-11am but i recieve it 2 pm..then now again same thing..number online and even customer service unavailable to call.
