"body": "This is perhaps the worst patient portal I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to login nearly every time on iPhone and iPad “login error” message. All I want to do is send a message to my doctor and this unfriendly platform will not let me send a message via the app nor the website. Getting logged in is a difficult task. Reading messages a challenge. Sending a message, well that’s impossible. The developers of this platform should be ashamed.",
