   Hello, I signed up for your service via free the app. It asked me to sign up each time I opened the app. When I finally got to the number calling portion of the service to call and see what my agent sounds like, they were the complete opposite of what I asked for. They also spoke a different language. I then went to your support via WhatsApp and got no response. May you update the app? Thanks Update: The app is great, my account was fixed after I contacted the company via WhatsApp. They are amazing service givers: Pierre helped me out and the updates happen weekly. Thanks Allo!

2. 2/5Constant Issues & lacks support

   There is always an issue with the app. One day I can’t make calls, another day I can’t text, it constantly puts me in different chats, if I archive 1 chat it tries to archive 3 other ones I never touched, another day it restarts my account, another day (and all days) the HubSpot tracking isn’t accurate. So now I’m resorting back to personal number to make business calls & texts which makes it hard to reach & also I don’t want my customers or prospects to have my personal number. Once you report these issues, they take hours to days to get back to you with an AI response. The response after days asks you “please describe exactly this and show proof” like you think I have proof for an issue I had days ago? So takes forever for something to get fixed. It’s super frustrating honestly the constant issues.

3. 5/5Finally, a phone system that actually works for teams

   We switched our sales and support teams to Allo after struggling with RingCentral. It’s been a game changer. 4. 5/5I love the app, design and functions!

   Thank you for this. I found you on Reddit I think it is great a idea. I like all the current functionalities. Would love to have an AI receptionist in Spanish, or one capable of having English as main language but also understand and respond in Spanish and having more variety on voices / characters. I think it would be good to allow more words on the business knowledge and go more in depth in that section. There are things that I do not want the receptionist to say / false advertise. Also, ability to maybe integrate with spreadsheets. I run a yacht charter company and would love the receptionist to give out info based on inventory and actual availability. Hope you take these into consideration. Thank you!

   I have begged to get some service from an actual human. I still want to end my working relationship with allo and no one will get in touch with me. When I asked the sales person that was guiding me during my free trial about text messaging, he responded in a way that made me believe that I could text message my vendors and guests very easily. This is not the case. Because I can’t use the app effectively, I want to end my business relationship. Yet, no one, NO ONE will help me and I can’t speak with anyone even though I have asked to escalate this situation. I’m so very disappointed with this company and its lack of service.
